"I cannot possibly rave about Dr. Silver enough. I had been to 4 other surgeons to discuss a blepharoplasty. I never felt fully comfortable with anyone I met with. "A year ago I had a face and neck lift. Dr. Silver is extremely detail oriented and did a magnificent job. This year I had a breast reduction. One of my implants had ruptured. Plus they were just too big. He judged the size he thought would look good and not only are they beautiful and the perfect size but my back feels like new again and I feel so much lighter! "Dr silver is truely an artist, He is an amazing surgeon, with a very skilled artistic hand. I wasn't planning on having a surgery but several years ago I started to have weakness of my brow and eye on 1 side. I started to become asymetrical after seeing specialists and realizing the kind of surgery I would need, I would need a very prestigious surgeon who could do this more advanced technique. More advanced then just an average blepharolpasty. I chose Dr Silver because looking at his gallery, his results are completely natural, and he has a sharp eye for detail. My surgery went perfect, I had zero pain and my stitches were done so well, i had very minimal swelling. He was very kind to me, a great listener and he really understood exactly what I wanted, and he delivered that without any bias that some dr's can have. He also saw me many times to address my many concerns to make me comfortable I never felt like a bother which is a great feeling to have with a dr. My outcome of my surguery is spectacular, I look exactly like myself with my problem completely fixed and I have my bright blue doe eyes back :) I am so happy with my experience, everything from the front desk, to the nurses, anesthesiologist, hospital staff everyone was fantastic! "I first went to Plastic Surgery Vegas in October 2023 for a consult. I was feeling like I needed a boost to push me farther on my weight loss goals and self confidence. I had lost a little over a hundred pounds and still had 80 to go. However I was tired of my fat apron and I just wanted to look nice in pants. I was nervous but everyone at the office was beyond nice and helpful. Dr.Silver was more than I expected. He was honest, informational and set realistic expectations. He explained problems that could happen and what to expect. Stacie his assistant is amazing she is funny and so intelligent she gives you so many tips explains exactly what you will do and all the things to expect. She was so helpful! Everything went so well no issues at all and my results were beyond my expectations. I have a waist and feel so confident. Today I went back for some filler and Botox in my face with Dr. Silver. "I’ll start off by saying 10/10. I had at least five consultations with different doctors for a breast augmentation and labiaplasty. A handful of my close friends had gone to Dr. Edwards for their breast augmentations. Once I met with both him and Dr. Silver for my labiaplasty I knew I didn’t need to look any further. They sat with me for almost an hour each answering all of my questions. Most other doctors were in and out and didn’t give me the time of day. This was my first surgery and I wanted to do both at the same time. I wanted my breasts to be modest and unlike other doctors, Dr. Edwards supported my decision on size. I was petrified morning of. Truthfully, thought about canceling. Once I got there the entire team was SO comforting and nurturing. I’d do it all over again just based off the way they treated me. I’m post op day 5 and my recovery hasn’t been nearly as bad as I was told by friends. I’m already so happy with my results. They’ve followed up and made sure my post op appointments were regular. "The staff has always made me feel so comfortable. Stacie who is with Dr Silver, has been so caring and loving to me. My first surgery was my tummy tuck. WOW 🤩 !!!!! I look amazing!! One year later, I am 3 weeks post opt for skin reduction on both arms and liposuction on both legs. Now for Dr Silver, besides being so darn cute. He is the sweetest doctor I’ve ever had. I’ve had my fair share of surgeries. I’ve had replacements, hernia surgeries, gallbladder hysterectomy to say the least. "I first went to Plastic Surgery Las Vegas nine years ago to consult with Dr. Anson about correcting droopy eyelids. I had heard she did excellent work. I had confidence in her from my consultation and scheduled surgery. I was very happy with the results. I looked like myself, but refreshed like my eyes had looked years earlier. I did not look like “I had had ‘something’ done.” Since then, I have been going annually to Shona to have injections that keep my face looking youthful, but not artificial. At seventy years of age, I am told by people consistently that I don’t look my age. That’s important to me because I am in the field of public speaking. (I also watch my weight and exercise.) Last fall, just before my seventieth birthday, on the recommendation of Shona, I scheduled a consultation with Dr. Andrew Silver about a neck lift. I was getting a slight Turkey neck with sagging skin under my chin, and I wanted a more defined jaw line. From the moment he entered the exam room, I liked Dr. Silver. He was very warm and personable, explained how he would achieve the results I wanted, and made me feel relaxed, comfortable, and confident in moving forward. What I appreciated about Dr. Silver and his team was their consideration of not only guaranteeing optimum results, but making my health and safety their primary focus before my surgery. All my required pre op tests came out perfectly for my surgery to be scheduled, but Dr. Silver’s assistant, Traci noticed two weeks prior to my surgery that my blood pressure was high. Thanks to Traci and Dr. Silver, I went back to my primary care physician and with medication and a postponement of the surgery a number of weeks, now have my blood pressure at healthy levels. Dr. Silver performed my neck lift, (Face lift with fat injections) April 10, two weeks ago this very day. I am ecstatic with the results! No more gobble, gobble on my neck area. I have a natural, nicely defined jaw line, and a smooth and more youthful fullness to my face that aging had depleted. These amazing results are mine only two weeks after my surgery, and when the remaining minimal bruising on my lower neck heals in another week or so, look out world! "This post is overdue! I saw Dr. Silver on 2/24 for Botox and consultation on fillers. The entire staff was the most professional and caring I have ever encountered in my medical history. And Dr. Silver was just absolutely amazing. What I appreciated the most was his gentle and honest approach about procedures and outcomes. I was willing to spend money that day for fillers, and even though it would make the most business sense to encourage the procedure, he was honest about the effects it would really have for my facial structure. "I had gynecomastia surgery for sagging skin in the chest after losing over 100 lbs. I'm Very happy with my results, I was quite apprehensive going in after researching online what to expect in terms of scarring. Dr Silver did not blow smoke about what to expect and was easily available to discuss my concerns. I'm not bothered even a little bit by my scars (though they are definitely present) as the overall aesthetic of my chest is so good that it's all I notice. If I had to choose again whether or not to have the procedure, I would do it again 100 times out of 100."

"Dr. Silver performed my abdominoplasty with liposuction at the bra line and flanks. I am beyond pleased! It’s only 6 weeks post-op and friends and family have all have complimented on how natural everything looks. "After being recommended to Seonaid fourteen years ago, I became an instant fan and I am now a long time patient/customer of Plastic Surgery Vegas. She has taken the time over the years to adjust my injections to get the optimal results and has even allowed me the opportunity to come back in for tweaks if I wasn’t 100% happy. Seonaid gives me her honest and professional opinions on injections and fillers and was instrumental in making me feel comfortable about moving forward with my lower face surgery with Dr. Silver. Also, she is always booked solid, yet she takes the time to fit me in the nooks and crannies of her schedule when necessary. She makes me feel comfortable, eases my anxiety and I know I will leave happy. Ultimately, it was Seonaid who assured me I would be in capable hands by choosing Dr. Silver for my neck/lower face lift surgery. At my first consultation, I couldn’t have felt more at ease from our initial visit. He was personable and professional as he walked me through the procedure and was up front about my expectations. I think he immediately caught on to my neurotic fears of aging, 😊 and was thoughtful and comforting to my concerns, lessening the intimidation of the surgery. His assistants Stacie and Evan have also been extremely responsive and caring- taking my calls, questions and e-mails pre and post surgery. The surgery center staff was amazing on surgery day and held my hand literally and figuratively. From the anesthesiologist to the night nurse, no box was left unchecked with my successful recovery in mind. Fast forward to approx 3 months post surgery, my perfectionist tendencies wouldn’t let me see past an old thyroid removal scar that was, in my opinion, ruining the otherwise beautiful result of my neck. Dr Silver listened to me, acknowledging my issue, and told me it was a precarious scar revision (not a simple fix), but gave me a safe time frame and agreed to revise the scar. I am now about a week healed from that final step in this process and I am very happy. Six months ago I had loose skin on my neck from rapid weight loss that I felt didn’t match my face or body. Today I am more confident with a tighter and smoother jawline and firmer neck. It’s easy to say that outward appearances shouldn’t be as important as inner beauty- until one day you look in the mirror and realize you need a little help feeling your true self. "Exceptional, amazing, world-class! I could throw adjectives at this wonderful clinic and staff all day and still not do it justice. The professionalism, level and standard of care, and attention to detail are simply the best around. I received consults at several places and was completely convinced this was the right fit for me as soon as I started my consult with Dr. Silver. His expertise and bedside manner put me instantly at ease and I knew instantly I had found "my" surgeon - or one of them, as it eventually turned out. I was consulting for a breast lift and implant replacement as well as a tummy tuck - a "mommy makeover." I felt perfectly at ease with Dr. Silver doing the entire set of procedures, but he recommended - in my best interest health wise AND financially - to have two surgeons simultaneously and cut my time under anesthesia. I agreed and did a second consult with Dr. Edwards about a week later. The combined procedure was scheduled just a couple months out and they were even able to accommodate my request to push it back a month so I could get a short notice shoulder surgery first. I was pretty anxious having a few big procedures in a very short time span, but couldn't be happier with my results or my recovery. I'm convinced that everything from their pre-op care, sending a nurse home with me for my first night after surgery and all of the fantastic follow up care have led to my very quick recovery time. Friends who had the abdominoplasty warned me it was a very painful and arduous recovery. I was off pain meds (except basic Tylenol and then muscle relaxers at bedtime) within 2 days, drain-free and walking fully upright within a week. Obviously that's not a typical recovery, but I'm attributing a large portion of it to the skill of the surgical team and the post op care. You cannot go wrong with this place!! Amazing results and their glowing reviews and solid 5 star rating speak for themselves! Get in for that consult and let them work their magic - you won't regret the decision. "Scars? What scars!! I am almost 52 & had a Lower Face Lift with Fat Transfer to the cheeks/face. I am almost three months post op. The results are wonderful- took ten years off easily. Dr. Silver and his staff are amazing at making you feel comfortable during the process. "I lost over 200 lbs. and as a result, had a lot of loose skin. I recently had an arm and breast lift. Dr. Silver and his staff were amazing. I was very nervous prior to the procedure. I was able to make an additional appointment to discuss my concerns and left feeling more comfortable about my decision. On the day of surgery, after being put in the operating suite, Dr. Silver sat down next me and talked to me until I went to sleep. The business part of the process went smoothly as well. "I had a dual surgeon surgery by Dr. Edwards and Dr. Silver. The surgeons, office staff, and surgery center nurses exceeded my expectations in every way possible. All staff was prompt in returning phone calls and emails. I communicated with Stacie (Dr. Silver's medical asst.) and Diana (patient coordinator) the most and both were kind, helpful, and prompt with responses. I rarely waited more than an hour for a response. There were several times they would both call me in response to an email rather than writing me back. This was the first office I consulted with that spoke to me with my clothes on first. This standard continued even after my surgery. At every post-op visit the staff answered my questions and made sure I was content before asking me to disrobe. The day of surgery I was incredibly anxious. The nurses in the surgery center went above and beyond to calm me. The nurse who put my IV in knew my veins would be difficult. Rather than sticking me multiple times, she got warm towels to warm my hands/veins, massaged them, and patiently waited till she had a vein ready. Both Dr. Silver and Dr. Edwards held my hand and rubbed my head until I fell asleep. I went to sleep for surgery feeling very calm and safe. When I woke up the nurses kept telling me how amazing I did and how good I looked. It was such a positive way to wake up from major surgery. Both surgeons spoke to my husband individually once I was in recovery. For patients having a tummy tuck, they send you home with an overnight nurse. She rides home with you after surgery and stays at your home overnight. She then rides with you to your post-op appointment in the morning. This was included in the cost. The nurse took such good care of me and relaxed my husband and I in every way. Dr. Silver called the nurse multiple times to check on me. I had a concern after office hours 8 days after my surgery. I called the after hours line and they connected me directly to Dr. Silver. I have never been directly connected in all my years dealing with doctors. I leave a message and they call me back at their convenience. Just another example of their commitment to patients. I am only two weeks post-op and my results are AMAZING. Not only am I in shock, but my family and friends cannot believe the difference either. Dr. Edwards and Dr. Silver have made such a positive impact on my life. This was a life changing decision that took me a long time to make. Forever grateful I chose Plastic Surgery Vegas."
"Dr. Higgins and all of the staff are exceptional!! Getting my body back after multiple pregnancies and other health issues has been a long journey for me. When I finally succeeded at reaching my goal weight, I was thrilled to be able to finally get to do the “mommy makeover.” It’s a big scary decision and finding such a caring and attentive doctor, nurses and staff is difficult. I was impressed by Dr. Higgins consultation where I didn’t feel pushed into anything I wasn’t comfortable with. He listened carefully to the look I wanted to achieve, and he assured me that he wouldn’t do anything he wouldn’t do to his own family. His assistants were more than helpful answering my emails and inquiries quickly. Before, during and after the surgery they were available and checked on my progress. "Dr. Silver has been my doctor for about 3 years now. He does my Dysport and fillers. I love him because doesn't over inject my face. Instead he injects just enough where I look... younger... but I still look natural and like myself. My friends can't tell that I've had Dysport or fillers done because they are so naturally injected. This week I had my latest appointment with Dr. Silver and I asked him to put more filler in my cheeks but he explained to me that my cheeks would look too puffy and my face would be off balance if I had more filler now. "My journey with Dr. Andrew Silver began nearly a year ago after my neighbor had recommended I see him for a consultation regarding a procedure (PDO threads) that I had booked elsewhere. She had just gotten a facelift and neck lift and looked absolutely incredible only 10 days post-op. I noticed how quickly she was healing as well as her beautiful, natural results. She then showed me a photo of Dr. Silver and I called to make an appointment immediately. I was able to get in within a week or two which was nice, given his reputation as one of the top plastic surgeons in Las Vegas. I had a few other procedures I had recently taken interest in so I was looking forward to covering all of them in the consultation. When I arrived at his office I appreciated the aesthetic of the facility itself. It’s warm and chic, similar to one of the five star resorts on the Las Vegas Strip. His entire staff, from the front desk, to nurses, assistants, and office managers are all extremely friendly, and welcoming. When I finally met Dr Silver, I was a little disappointed because he was wearing a mask, but he introduced himself and asked what my concerns were. I quickly realized how thorough he was, patient, and a perfectionist of his craft! All of the things you look for in a plastic surgeon. He detoured me from the PDO threads and explained in detail why. He answered all my questions, and gave his opinion; which is refreshing because he’s conservative and I feel his approach “less is more”- helps give elevating results rather than changing anyone’s unique natural beauty. I had botched lip filler from another office he helped dissolve. He was able to meticulously dissolve the migrated filler without dissolving all of it, so he didn’t even have to add anymore! Last year the tiny bags under my eyes had started to bother me and I was feeling self conscious. Dr. Silver suggested a lower blepharoplasty with fat transposition for the results I was seeking. I could not be MORE IN LOVE with the results :) His surgery team was so caring and funny, or maybe it was me on the anesthesia, but either way it was a great experience. Preop was the following morning and my entire healing process from that procedure was seamless which I partially attribute to Stacie and her amazing pre-op, post-op instructions that she gives in person ; via email, and has written handouts. I’m also grateful for the healing pre/ post op vitamins they give you! Fast forward to today, I’m laying here on my sofa one day out from my second surgery (3rd procedure) with Dr Silver! This time I was correcting some excess fat sub-mental (double chin). I wanted to do it under general anesthesia as I was too chicken to do it awake, so I decided to try something I liked the look of that’s popular throughout the entertainment industry right now, an endoscopic brow lift. What I call a “pony tail” brow lift. I’m slightly swollen on day two, but I’m already ecstatic with the results I’m seeing!!! Same experience with surgery yesterday. "If you're considering plastic surgery, stop looking.... this is the place to have it. From consultation to follow-up, this team took top care of me; I doubt that anyone could do better than they did. You'd think you're their only patient, they way they watch out for you. They actually pamper you. Plus, I'm thrilled with my results...I look much younger, to my surprise! And it didn't hurt beyond the "occasional mild discomfort" level. I was expecting to need a few bullets to bite on as my face healed. Didn't need 'em. Hey, I am not an easy subject to beautify! I'm in my 60s. I was beyond fillers/injections, or patches. Last month, I met Dr. Silver and had a detailed discussion on how to fix the bulldog jowls ,chicken neck, and sagging lower eyelids. He convinced me he was a miracle worker.. So two weeks ago, Dr. Silver performed a lower facelift and lower eyelift and mini-upper eyelift. I expected the long and extensive surgery/ recovery process to be horribly painful for a long time, but it wasn't that way at all. The first night my eyes were uncomfortable and scratchy, but not horrible. The pain medication plan they had for me kept me comfortable otherwise. I didn't even know my head was wrapped up, or that I had about a two-foot long tube in my head and neck. Backing up a little, I was impressed that their care began as soon as I scheduled a surgery date. To get my body in top shape for surgery and repair, two weeks prior to surgery, they started me on an impressive vitamin regimen, with more added as the surgery date drew near. Next, their coordination with other agencies was excellent. The surgery center called me to register. When does that ever happen! The nurse slated for after-care called me. Dr. Silver's team even coordinated with my regular doctor to make sure I received the proper tests and clearance ahead of time. I heard from the anesthesiologist, too. Everything was regimented and accurate. On the day of surgery, I showed up at 6 a.m. and got into my backless gown and met with Dr. Silver. Shortly after that I was in the operating room and was under the anesthetic before my required valium could take effect. No waiting around in little curtained-off rooms! The surgery took several hours. And then the surgery center got me ready for my trip home. The processes to get me home and cared for were superb. A nurse met us at the surgery center and followed us home and cared for me.[ Having a nurse instead of husband care probably saves marriages, although my husband is wonderful and well-intentioned]. The nurse kept in contact with Dr. Silver. She was wonderful. The next day we returned back to his office for that very long tube/ drain removal and my head wrap removal. Surprise! They washed my hair, too. Stitches began coming out in a week in a series of three appointments. As far as having pain, as I wrote earlier, only the first night my eyes were mildly uncomfortable. My face muscles have felt pulled tight around my neck and chin. My eye area was mildly sore. My ears were numb. Mostly the sides of my face and neck are numb, too. Sounds horrible, doesn't it. But I've suffered worse pain from doing exercise routines. I couldn't drive for a couple of weeks. [That was the worst pain.] Overall, the pain medication kept everything in check, and after 4 or 5 days I only needed acetaminophen. I was up watching television and got dressed about the third day. Every day I improve more than I expect. I still have some swelling but people don't run when they see me in the store. Bottom line: I am glad that I had the surgery! Dr. Silver is one of those rare, detailed and talented surgeons with that artistic eye who can transform average into spectacular. He blessed my life. From consultation to follow-up, this team took top care of me; I doubt that anyone could do better than they did. You'd think you're their only patient, they way they watch out for you. They actually pamper you. Plus, I'm thrilled with my results...I look much younger, to my surprise! And it didn't hurt beyond the "occasional mild discomfort" level. I was expecting to need a few bullets to bite on as my face healed. Didn't need 'em.Hey, I am not an easy subject to beautify! I'm in my 60s. I was beyond fillers/injections, or patches. Last month, I met Dr. Silver and had a detailed discussion on how to fix the bulldog jowls ,chicken neck, and sagging lower eyelids. He convinced me he was a miracle worker..So two weeks ago, Dr. Silver performed a lower facelift and lower eyelift and mini-upper eyelift. I expected the long and extensive surgery/ recovery process to be horribly painful for a long time, but it wasn't that way at all. The first night my eyes were uncomfortable and scratchy, but not horrible. The pain medication plan they had for me kept me comfortable otherwise. I didn't even know my head was wrapped up, or that I had about a two-foot long tube in my head and neck. Backing up a little, I was impressed that their care began as soon as I scheduled a surgery date. To get my body in top shape for surgery and repair, two weeks prior to surgery, they started me on an impressive vitamin regimen, with more added as the surgery date drew near. Next, their coordination with other agencies was excellent. The surgery center called me to register. When does that ever happen! The nurse slated for after-care called me. Dr. Silver's team even coordinated with my regular doctor to make sure I received the proper tests and clearance ahead of time. I heard from the anesthesiologist, too. Everything was regimented and accurate. On the day of surgery, I showed up at 6 a.m. and got into my backless gown and met with Dr. Silver. Shortly after that I was in the operating room and was under the anesthetic before my required valium could take effect. No waiting around in little curtained-off rooms! The surgery took several hours. And then the surgery center got me ready for my trip home. The processes to get me home and cared for were superb. A nurse met us at the surgery center and followed us home and cared for me.[ Having a nurse instead of husband care probably saves marriages, although my husband is wonderful and well-intentioned]. The nurse kept in contact with Dr. Silver. She was wonderful. The next day we returned back to his office for that very long tube/ drain removal and my head wrap removal. Surprise! They washed my hair, too. Stitches began coming out in a week in a series of three appointments.As far as having pain, as I wrote earlier, only the first night my eyes were mildly uncomfortable. My face muscles have felt pulled tight around my neck and chin. My eye area was mildly sore. My ears were numb. Mostly the sides of my face and neck are numb, too. Sounds horrible, doesn't it. But I've suffered worse pain from doing exercise routines. I couldn't drive for a couple of weeks. "I saw Dr. Edwards and Dr. Silver and have nothing but wonderful things to say about both of these surgeons. I had a breast implant removal with Dr. Edwards. I had a capsular contracture and he was very respectful about my decision to remove my implants. I also have virtually NO PAIN in my breasts from the surgery! The recovery has been unbelievable. Dr. Edwards repaired a large inguinal hernia, an umbilical hernia, as well as an abdominoplasty. I have heard recovery is brutal from this surgery and again have been so PLEASANTLY SURPRISED! "Dr. Silver performed an Upper Blepharoplasty on me in late October and I would highly recommend him to anyone. I am so happy with my results. My pre-op consult with Dr Silver was very pleasant. He was very professional, thorough in explaining the surgery and the post-op recovery. He didn't rush me through the consults and spent plenty of time answering all my questions. One of my concerns was not having enough skin removed from the upper eyelids. Dr. Silver explained the importance of being conservative in what was removed and took multiple measurements to ensure the right amount was removed so the eyelids closed completely. It's a little over one month since my surgery and I've noticed great improvement with my visual field. Family noticed a huge improvement after one week. Amazing. If you are anxious about getting your eyes done, don't be. Dr. Silver is "the one". My suggestion is to follow his instructions, take all the vitamins they suggest and use the eye drops like crazy to help prevent dry eye. Dr. Silver is a perfectionist; just what you want. "I went in for Botox with Dr. Silver. I was very impressed. He was professional, courtious, attentive and asked me a lot of questions about what I wanted to achieve. He listened to everything I addressed and explained in detail his thoughts and his recommendations he had for me. He was very gentle with the botox injections and very precise with where the injections were going. At that point I said, "Wow" this doctor is a perfectionist. When it comes to a Ladies face, we all want perfection. The next few days as the Botox started to work, I noticed, it looked like I had a natural brow lift done with just a few Botox injections. Dr. Silver talked me through the entire process and had me make facial impressions before relaxing my forehead, then injecting.
