Andrew G. Silver, MD joined the team in 2017, adding a contemporary perspective to this esteemed group of surgeons. His inclusion in the group attests to Dr. Silver’s talents, skills and character; it is a match for which both can be proud. He is truly dedicated to achieving excellence, and demonstrated his commitment by completing the highest possible level of training for an aesthetic surgeon. In addition to formal training, Dr. Silver was able to personally benefit from the experience of senior founding partner, Dr Anson’s long career in facial aesthetics.
Interestingly, Dr. Silver turned down multiple offers for a career in professional baseball so that he could follow his passion for plastic surgery. His obsession to detail while still seeing the big picture is blended with the preparation and execution of a high-level athlete. He believes that he has truly found what he was meant to do and thrives on developing long term relationships with his patients.

Dr. Silver specializes in surgery of the face including facelift, necklift, eyelid surgery, facial implants and fat transfer. Dr. Silver's preference is a natural and refreshed look, and he is highly sought after for his conservative approach to plastic surgery. He enjoys the fine detail and precision that this type of surgery demands. He is also an expert injector, again being known for subtle enhancements. In addition to his excellent surgical skills and judgement, patients often comment that they appreciate Dr. Silver’s approachable and compassionate manner and his unique ability to clarify surgical options and separate hype from reality.

Doctor of Medicine, with honors
Distinction in Research/Publication
Undergradute: Rockhurst University
B.S. in Chemistry, Summa Cum Laude
Dr. Silver obtained a B.S. in chemistry while graduating at the top of his class at Rockhurst University. Due to his outstanding academic performance he was granted acceptance to medical school after his first year of college and obtained enough credits to graduate after only three years. However, he chose to complete his fourth year of college as he was also a standout on the baseball field, ultimately leading to being selected as the student-athlete of the year for the Great Lakes Valley Conference and being recognized on the ESPN the Magazine’s Academic All American Team.
He went on to attend medical school at Saint Louis University, where he continued to excel. He was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society in recognition of his outstanding academic performance. He was also selected to serve on the medical schools’ admission committee, participated in several community outreach programs, and utilized nearly every weekend to develop his surgical skills. He graduated with honors and a distinction in research and was the first Saint Louis University student in over 10 years to be selected for a residency in plastic surgery.
Dr Silver then went on to complete a six-year integrated plastic surgery residency at the University of Nevada School of Medicine. His track record of outstanding academic performance continued as he scored in the top 1% on the national surgical exams on four separate occasions. He also completed research in multiple fields including adipose-derived stem cells, cancer, pavement burns, hyperbaric oxygen, tissue expansion, pressure ulcers, and cancer, resulting in over twenty scientific publications and presentations. He also took pride in teaching the medical students and was honored with the Arnold P. Gold Foundation Humanism and Excellence in Teaching Award.
Always striving to be his best, Dr. Silver then went on to complete a full year of fellowship training in aesthetic surgery, with an emphasis on facial rejuvenation. In this year alone, Dr. Silver performed over 1500 aesthetic surgical procedures. This level of aesthetic training was available to less than 15 surgeons per year and is a testament to the extra effort that Dr. Silver has continuously shown in his journey to becoming the best surgeon that he can be.

"I had an amazing experience with Dr Silver and Stacie! I had several consultations before deciding to go forward with the surgery. I was very supported and he listened to my concerns. I went forward with a tummy tuck, lipo, breast lift. Dr Silver was very comforting and reassuring. He has been very caring during recovery and wants to always make sure you’re on the right path of your recovery. I would totally recommend Dr Silver if you are thinking of having surgery. As per my results, I’m only 5 weeks post-op but I’m loving it!!! At Plastic Surgery Vegas, you feel very much cared for, 110% recommend!!"
"Came to get a minor procedure done to remove a scar from my old belly piercing. I was so nervous because I never have had surgery or stitches before but Dr. Silver was literally the most kind considerate doctor I have ever met. His staff were all just as kind and extremely thorough with answering any questions I had and making sure I was as comfortable as possible. They really are a great bunch of people and I am extremely satisfied with his work as well. Everything was a 10/10 not a single complaint. If I ever was interested in getting anything else done in the future I wouldn’t go to anyone else."
