Blepharoplasty in Las Vegas, NV

Thanks to Kim Rienzi, RN, my Nurse Injector, my job interview experience was great even in the midst of interviewing with a person who appears to suffer from age bias. I have no wrinkles on my forehead, no crows feet around my eyes, no eleven sign in between my eyebrows and my cheeks are of course cheeky.😁 Kim is an AMAZING Nurse Injector and has kept me beautiful and youthful looking for 10 years. I honor, adore, and respect her not only as my Nurse Injector, individual, friend, professional nursing colleague, but as an awesome example of great work, customer service, and professionalism. Kim truly has earned her 5 Star 🌟 rating and is a MAJOR ASSET to the surgical practice. THANK YOU KIM!! I went on a RN job interview Friday morning and the Director of Nursing who interviewed me was a 40 something year old woman, but she had no idea of my age nor how “OLD” I was. Throughout the interview process she consistently spoke of older individuals with unkind verbiage stating things like, “most of our patients are elderly and old in their 60’s, 70’s, and 80’s. We get a lot of old people starting at 65 usually. It’s usually old people with the kind of problems we care for. Occasionally we get young 30 and 40 years olds and sometimes teens.” I think that if she had known I was 65, there’s no way she would’ve been making condescending remarks regarding patients 60 and above in my presence and I possibly would not have been hired. I never divulged my age during the interview and nodded occasionally with a disapproving half smile regarding her possibly implicit bias. Needless to say, the interview went well for me and the nursing director informed me that I’d be hearing from HR with a job offer on Monday, but no later than Tuesday.

Dr silver is truely an artist, He is an amazing surgeon, with a very skilled artistic hand. I wasn't planning on having a surgery but several years ago I started to have weakness of my brow and eye on 1 side. I started to become asymetrical after seeing specialists and realizing the kind of surgery I would need, I would need a very prestigious surgeon who could do this more advanced technique. More advanced then just an average blepharolpasty. I chose Dr Silver because looking at his gallery, his results are completely natural, and he has a sharp eye for detail. My surgery went perfect, I had zero pain and my stitches were done so well, i had very minimal swelling. He was very kind to me, a great listener and he really understood exactly what I wanted, and he delivered that without any bias that some dr's can have. He also saw me many times to address my many concerns to make me comfortable I never felt like a bother which is a great feeling to have with a dr. My outcome of my surguery is spectacular, I look exactly like myself with my problem completely fixed and I have my bright blue doe eyes back :) I am so happy with my experience, everything from the front desk, to the nurses, anesthesiologist, hospital staff everyone was fantastic! If I am to do another surgery Dr. Silver has my full trust!

What a great office. Everyone I encountered was warm, friendly and answered all my questions with rational and facts. I felt truly cared for. I love that everything was in one location ,and my surgery and appointments were all included in the price. No surprises. Dr. Higgins is awesome. Not only are his surgical skills top notch and award winning, but his personality is open, friendly, kind, honest and funny. My husband came to all my appointments with me just because he enjoyed talking with Dr. Higgins. During my eye lid surgery, a mass was discovered. Dr. Higgins dealt with it and removed it without problem. I required more postop appointments than normal because of it and they were all included at no extra charge. I also loved all the preop education and supplements that were included. They have thought of everything. I loved this experience and now I have beautiful eye lids. I get many compliments on my eyes.

I cannot possibly rave about Dr. Silver enough. I had been to 4 other surgeons to discuss a blepharoplasty. I never felt fully comfortable with anyone I met with. Dr. Silver came highly recommended from a friend so I traveled to Vegas to see him. From the moment he walked into the consultation I knew he was the one. He sat down and took the time to answer all my questions and wasn't rushed at all. He and his staff were efficient, genuine and warm. His bedside manner is spectacular. He made me feel so comfortable and it resurred me I was in the best possible care. I truly feel Dr. Silver isn't just a surgeon but a true artist. I know he does what he does because he truly loves it. He cares about every tiny detail and obtaining the best possible results. I have had insecurities about my under eye bags my entire life and through his refined skill set and artistry I can honestly say he's changed my life and my confidence indefinitely. I would absolutely trust him with anything in the future I were to do and wouldn't even bother looking elsewhere. Thank you Dr. Silver and team.

I had under eye surgery to get the fat removed from my under eyes unbelievable job no bruising just unbelievable. I would recommend him if you don’t go there. You’re crazy unbelievable again loved it. Loved it loved it. No pain no bruising unbelievable.
