I first went to Plastic Surgery Vegas in October 2023 for a consult. I was feeling like I needed a boost to push me farther on my weight loss goals and self confidence. I had lost a little over a hundred pounds and still had 80 to go. However I was tired of my fat apron and I just wanted to look nice in pants. I was nervous but everyone at the office was beyond nice and helpful. Dr.Silver was more than I expected. He was honest, informational and set realistic expectations. He explained problems that could happen and what to expect. Stacie his assistant is amazing she is funny and so intelligent she gives you so many tips explains exactly what you will do and all the things to expect. She was so helpful! Everything went so well no issues at all and my results were beyond my expectations. I have a waist and feel so confident. Today I went back for some filler and Botox in my face with Dr. Silver. I needed a revision and lift and planned on having a consultation with three doctors. However, as soon as I met with Dr. Edwards I was comfortable enough to know that he was the one and I wouldn’t need to meet with any other doctors. This post is overdue! I saw Dr. Silver on 2/24 for Botox and consultation on fillers. The entire staff was the most professional and caring I have ever encountered in my medical history. And Dr. Silver was just absolutely amazing. What I appreciated the most was his gentle and honest approach about procedures and outcomes. I was willing to spend money that day for fillers, and even though it would make the most business sense to encourage the procedure, he was honest about the effects it would really have for my facial structure. Dr. Edwards is such an amazing Dr. He did my breast surgery 9 years ago and did a fantastic job! He walked me through the entire procedure and answered all of my questions and concerns. The day of the surgery, I was extremely nervous and had anxiety. I was crying and felt like I wouldn’t wake up after my surgery. He calmed me down by telling me everything was going to be fine, while rubbing my head. He calmed me down instantly because I new I was in great hands. After being recommended to Seonaid fourteen years ago, I became an instant fan and I am now a long time patient/customer of Plastic Surgery Vegas. She has taken the time over the years to adjust my injections to get the optimal results and has even allowed me the opportunity to come back in for tweaks if I wasn’t 100% happy. From the anesthesiologist to the night nurse, no box was left unchecked with my successful recovery in mind. Fast forward to approx 3 months post surgery, my perfectionist tendencies wouldn’t let me see past an old thyroid removal scar that was, in my opinion, ruining the otherwise beautiful result of my neck. Dr Silver listened to me, acknowledging my issue, and told me it was a precarious scar revision (not a simple fix), but gave me a safe time frame and agreed to revise the scar. I am now about a week healed from that final step in this process and I am very happy. Six months ago I had loose skin on my neck from rapid weight loss that I felt didn’t match my face or body. Today I am more confident with a tighter and smoother jawline and firmer neck. It’s easy to say that outward appearances shouldn’t be as important as inner beauty- until one day you look in the mirror and realize you need a little help feeling your true self. Dr. Silver has been my doctor for about 3 years now. He does my Dysport and fillers. I love him because doesn't over inject my face. Instead he injects just enough where I look... younger... but I still look natural and like myself. My friends can't tell that I've had Dysport or fillers done because they are so naturally injected. This week I had my latest appointment with Dr. Silver and I asked him to put more filler in my cheeks but he explained to me that my cheeks would look too puffy and my face would be off balance if I had more filler now. Dr. Alison Tam and her entire staff are amazing! I have been dealing with rosacea for over 25 years and have never had it under control until Dr. Tam started treating me about a year ago. I had pain from the amount of capillaries that were at the surface of the skin on my face and chest. I couldn't even enjoy any activity outside in the sun because of my rosacea. I can't count the number of doctors and creams I have used in the past. Dr. Tam set a realistic plan and explained what I should expect with laser treatments. I completely trust Dr. Tam. Their office has the latest equipment and she thoroughly explains everything in great detail. I am so pleased with my results! I also decided to use the Active FX laser and get rid of some wrinkles too! The aftercare I received during all of my treatments was amazing. Her staff Julie, Gail, and Whitney all helped make sure I healed properly and Kelly made sure all my many appointments were scheduled conveniently. I then decided to use a small amount of fillers and botox with Kim. She has such an eye for detail that I assumed she was an artist. Kim listened to my wishes and helped me achieve the results that were right for me. At all times I felt I was being taken care of and treated with genuine kindness. I have not worn face make-up in 4 months. It's so nice not to feel the need to cover my face with layers of make-up. I started using the few products she suggested and I love them too! He took many more photos and drew on my body to highlight my asymmetry and how he’d approach the surgery to give me the best, most perfect result. The images were available to me for review from home via their patient portal. Believe me, not all surgeons have this available and it’s so useful as you’re evaluating your decision and to review the actual photos from the operating room. Dr. Edwards has a wonderful bedside manner and I felt such confidence in him that I knew I’d found the best surgeon by far. I am experienced with two previous breast surgeries as well as an eye lift, laser work, Botox and fillers in Palm Springs and Newport Beach. I did have to postpone my surgery twice due to family illnesses. Everyone in the office was understanding and very kind to me as I went through my delays. I’m three months post op now and absolutely delighted by the results. Dr. Edwards is a perfectionist (even though he reminds me my breasts are “sisters, not twins”) and as we’ve examined my scaring he’s assured me that after a year he can improve my scars under local anesthesia right in the office. I appreciate that he’s not finished until I’m totally happy with my results. The office is beautiful and the staff is doubly beautiful. Dr. Edwards is a perfectionist (even though he reminds me my breasts are “sisters, not twins”) and as we’ve examined my scaring he’s assured me that after a year he can improve my scars under local anesthesia right in the office. We ended up getting tons of dead / dull/ dry skin off my face , then extracting any impurities and really hydrating . Wow! I followed up my facial with some much needed Botox with Dr Higgins- also amazing! Knowledgeable and has a gentle touch so it didn’t hurt at all . Bought some of their new FixMD skin care for my “ new skin” lol. This stuff is fabulous and I feel that it can now fully penetrate my skin - since it’s been exfoliated.HIGHLY RECOMMEND More

Dr. Silver talked me through the entire process and had me make facial impressions before relaxing my forehead, then injecting. He put me at complete ease by distracting me with a neat ice cube trick that made the Botox injections pretty much painless! I didn't have any bruising, just a strange tingling sensation and slightly tight feeling for the next 2 days. 4 days after the injection, my scowl is totally gone! Just a cute stink eye is left when I try to frown! I am absolutely in LOVE with Botox and my results with Dr. Silver! Fun side note: makeup applies much smoother and my expressions are much kinder and softer now!! Highly recommend him! More

I'm an artist in Orange County and have been in Las Vegas for the past month for work. I wanted to do something nice for myself so I scheduled an appointment for filler and Botox with Dr. Silver. First off. Wow!! He is different than any other plastic surgeon that I have ever gone to - and I've seen several throughout LA/Orange County. I had surgery with Dr. Anson in December of 2015. From the consultation, to my final appointment with her last week, everything was wonderful. My surgery is something I had wanted to do for years. I even went to another Doctor, but did not have a good experience (should have listened to Dr Edwards). That said, I was very nervous abut going trying to have this surgery done. Let me tell you I am SO HAPPY I did it!!! I had very little pain afterwards and did not bruise too terribly bad. Dr Anson truly cares about her patients and that they are happy about their final outcome. Her staff is amazing and they are just as excited as you are about getting your surgery/procedures done. An artist! - I'm an artist in Orange County and have been in Las Vegas for the past month for work. I wanted to do something nice for myself so I scheduled an appointment for filler and Botox with Dr. Silver. First off. Wow!! He is different than any other plastic surgeon that I have ever gone to - and I've seen several throughout LA/Orange County. Not only did he take the time to explain everything to me, including facial harmony and detailed anatomy (with pictures he drew himself) , but he ACTUALY TALKED ME OUT OF GETTING SOME THINGS DONE!! I've never had an experience like that. I usually feel like extra treatments are pushed on me that I don't usually need - not with Dr. silver. Never thought I'd be repeatedly leaving the OC to find a great doctor but he is my go to from here on out! More

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Andrew Silver and would highly recommend him for plastic surgery! He was very knowledgeable with all my questions and I didn't feel rushed at all, he took his time with me and helped me understand what he could do to help improve my appearance. He was very honest with me and told me I wasn't ready for a facelift just yet so he suggested doing some fillers and botox and now I look great until I'm ready for surgery! Definitely the doctor to see in Las Vegas! More
Dr. Higgins is wonderful. Down to earth and an amazing sense of aesthetics. I have a really nice nose but it got slightly broken across the bridge when something fell on it. You couldn't see it in person but you could tell in photos. It made it slightly out of whack but it wasn't bad enough to have surgery. Still, I couldn't stand it. Dr. Higgins fixed it by putting "Filler" in the area where it looked funny in the photos. It looks just like it did before the breakage. He really took his time. More

Had my breast augmentation and implants done and they are the best decision I ever made ! The office staff is amazing and so helpful. My mother also had her breast reduction done by edwards and they look amazing! I later came back to have Botox done by KIM to help alleviate my headaches , and so far so good! I highly recommend! Dr. Higgins and his staff are exceptional! I have never waited more than 10 minutes in the lobby, always been greeted by professional, friendly staff and enjoyed my experience at Anson, Edwards and Higgins (which is really saying something because I don't like going to the doctor). The only aspect of this practice that is better than the staff is, of course, the physicians. I have been a patient for several years and have been thrilled with the outcome of my surgery and, later, Botox and Juviderm injections. In each case, the outcome has been natural looking and earned me compliments. Dr. Higgins is a true and consummate professional. I will remain a patient for years to come. More
Dr. Anson did a face-lift and mid-lift on me a few years ago. She did a fabulous job! She recently injected Voluma, a new filler that lasts 2 years into some areas in my face. I'm thrilled! Dr. Anson takes the time to really look at your face and discusses the best options for you. I can tell that she loves what she does. Everyone is so nice and professional in her office. It seems as though everyone in Las Vegas knows and loves Dr. Anson. I highly recommend her to everyone. More
