I needed a revision and lift and planned on having a consultation with three doctors. However, as soon as I met with Dr. Edwards I was comfortable enough to know that he was the one and I wouldn’t need to meet with any other doctors. He is so kind, has a very calming presence, and clearly explains everything. I am ten weeks post op and I’m extremely happy with my results. Dr. Higgins and all of the staff are exceptional!! Getting my body back after multiple pregnancies and other health issues has been a long journey for me. When I finally succeeded at reaching my goal weight, I was thrilled to be able to finally get to do the “mommy makeover.” It’s a big scary decision and finding such a caring and attentive doctor, nurses and staff is difficult. I was impressed by Dr. Higgins consultation where I didn’t feel pushed into anything I wasn’t comfortable with. OMG where do I begin. I had my pre-op in December of 2020 my surgery date was January 5th 2021 with Dr Higgins we did lipo with the focus on my back fat and he did some lipo on the top of my arms my sides my flanks my hips that whole section. I LOVE MY NURSE LAURA M by the way!! SHE WAS AMAZING! I'm met with Dr. Higgins and I told him what I was looking for and the results I was looking for. He was honest with me like I was family and said no to what I THOUGHT I wanted or needed he told me im a simple case of liposuction! The whole process was easy, everything was explained there was no surprises, they took care of me with all my questions , all my follow-up appointments were great!! The staff is all great there too!! Im 5 months after surgery and the body contouring he did is really a huge difference already and I won't be done healing until January 2022. I have some swelling left in my lower back fat which is underneath the bra line but that's going to improve in the next couple months. Its still a little tender. I will get more work done over the next few years with Dr Higgins. BUT first I need to finishing paying this big bill off 😉 More

I started coming to Plastic Surgery in 2015 when I had breast augmentation done by Dr. Edwards. That experience was as professional as it gets from the consultation, to pre-operative protocols, to the day of surgery, to recovery, to follow ups. Last December (2019) I decided I wanted a rhinoplasty and after reading up on Dr. Silver I decided on a consult with him and I am so glad I did. I had been in Beverly Hills and had Laser Lipo at Elite Body. After staying in a hotel for 5 days and seeing the Dr. before I flew back to NYC, the Dr. said to me, "you should have had a tummy tuck". I was stunned, why wouldn't he have told me before I paid $17,000.00. It is not a fix, it is a band aid and it does not work. My husband and I were on our way to Las Vegas and I spoke with my closest friends whose husband happens to be an emergency room doctor. I had asked her hypothetically, that if I were in the market for a tummy tuck who would she recommend. I was told that Dr. Higgens.was the best! I was so lucky to get an appointment, we were only going to be in Las Vegas for 3 days. After meeting Dr. Higgens, my husband turned to me and said, "this is who you are using". I had 3 other consultations set up for Miami and NYC., I did not go any further than Dr. Higgens. Dr. Higgens is a GREAT listener, which is very important when you are having surgery, especially plastic surgery. He was frank in what results I could expect and what not to expect. I also decided to do my lower eye bags. I had them done in 1997 and there was loose skin. I booked my surgery and a month later we were back. Surgery went great! I had the nurse for 2 nights. I rented a reclining lounge chair and had that delivered to the hotel. BEST WAY TO SLEEP AFTER A TUMMY TUCK! Saw him the next day and I was doing great. Before leaving Vegas I developed a seroma, which is caused by your own body, not anyone's fault. Dr. Higgens treated me with a sonogram, and we drained the seroma every few days. I had Dr. Higgens cell phone number and if I need to reach out to him, I did not have to go through an answering service, I was able to text him. Wish ALL doctors were this way! It has been two years since the tummy tuck. I had my backside lifted last summer, and recently had my implants replaced. Dr. Higgens has done all 3 surgeries. I am happy BEYOND words!!! Two of my friends from NYC have already booked consultations for later this year. I can't stress enough what an incredible doctor he is. Compassionate, kind, honest, and has tremendous patience, he is also a friend. His staff is THE BEST! Laura is his nurse for the office, LOVE HER! She does pre-op and post-op and everything in between. I texted her with every little thing before bothering the doctor. Kristin is one of his surgical nurses and she is wonderful as well. It is 2 years now since the tummy tuck, I have had a list on my back side to compliment the tummy tuck, as well as having my breast implants replaced. I wish he was in NYC, I would have at least 20 new patients for him. As I have told all my friends...a good doctor is extremely hard to find. I am NOT someone who needs "hand holding", if you are a person that needs reassurance and "hand holding" you will NOT find anyone better than Dr. Higgens! He truly cares about his patients. He is extremely conservative. I wanted to touch up a spot on my leg that had lipo, I was told I needed to wait the 6 months. There are plenty of doctors that would have said ok, quite honestly why jeopardize the results after 6 weeks, heeling process takes 3 to 6 months. I have used the practice for a peel, CO2, as well as facials when I am in town. EVERYONE in the practice, from the girls at the desk, to the nurses, doctors are GREAT! Dr. Alison Tam and her assistant, Gail, helped me remove a horrible spot on my skin. I didn't know where to turn and was apprehensive about its removal. They were so kind and gentle. The removal was a great success and painless. The follow up calls really made me feel they care about their patients. I highly recommend this office. More
Very calming and caring, professional place. The staff is great and the doctors are amazing. They genuinely care about each patient and it is reflected in their bedside manner. Dr edwards and his MA’s, Cathy and Jacqueline, work so well as a team to make the office experience comfortable and exciting. They are very knowledgeable and it is evident that they have worked together for A long time. I look forward to office visits with the physicians in this office because throughout my journey each one of them has become a dear friend to me. They have been there with me in my time of discontent (before surgery), pain and helplessness (recovery) , And joy (follow ups after surgery). I had a remove replace breast augmentation with mastopexy and site change with dr Edwards 3 years ago and could not be happier with my results ! I also had an abdominoplasty with dr silver 18 months ago and am beyond happy with my results and still amazed with how natural he made my belly button look. The icing on the cake for me is the genuine loving nature of the physicians/staff in this office, and I have more than just met all of them. I have also had the privilege of working with them and seeing their work first hand while it's being performed as well as the results on myself. Feeling like I have brand new skin!I came in yesterday to get a facial with Julie - had the dermaplaning and I am SO glad I did! We ended up getting tons of dead / dull/ dry skin off my face , then extracting any impurities and really hydrating . Wow! I followed up my facial with some much needed Botox with Dr Higgins- he is truly talented and amazing! Knowledgeable and has a gentle touch so it didn’t hurt at all . Bought some of their new FixMD skin care for my " new skin" lol. This stuff is fabulous and I feel that it can now fully penetrate my skin - since it has been exfoliated.HIGHLY RECOMMEND More
Dr. Higgins and his staff are exceptional! I have never waited more than 10 minutes in the lobby, always been greeted by professional, friendly staff and enjoyed my experience at Anson, Edwards and Higgins (which is really saying something because I don't like going to the doctor). The only aspect of this practice that is better than the staff is, of course, the physicians. I have been a patient for several years and have been thrilled with the outcome of my surgery and, later, Botox and Juviderm injections. In each case, the outcome has been natural looking and earned me compliments. Dr. Higgins is a true and consummate professional. I will remain a patient for years to come. More
Active FX Laser Resurfacing - Las Vegas, NV - The Active FX laser gave me great results without all the terrible side effects of the old CO2 laser I had years ago. The price range depends on which areas you have done.Yes, it feels like some rubber bands snapping on your face, but my doctor did a great job of numbing my face and the application is so much faster than the other lasers I've had done. I would definitely recommend it. Does smooth out the skin, tighten pores, and you can do face, neck, chest, eyes, and hands. After the procedure, I have experienced NO discomfort or pain and have not taken any pf the pain medication prescribed for me. I feel great. More
40yrs Old ,2kids That Are Grown and I Want my Body Back - Las Vegas, NV - I'm having a breast reduction and extended tummy tuck..this is finally something I will do for myself after raising kids and doing for others for over 20yrs. Glad that my boys and husband support this decision. I think I'm excited!! Also before this I lost 50 plus pds. decided I had been a big girl way too long time to get it under control. Updated on 4 May 2016: Tomorrow is the day excited and anxious Updated on 6 May 2016: Well I made it sore hurting a litt but I'm here. Hv to go to doctor in litt I hate getting up to walk my stomach is very tight I'll update with after pics as soon as I can Updated on 6 May 2016: Here is a pic still swollen but I can see a big difference already trying to walk is the most difficult thing right now and trying eat. Updated on 7 May 2016: So today is 2nd day since surgery yesterday I was very tired I had to go bac to doc so they could look at everything and change dressing and take catheter out. So today I'm walking more to restroom but still tired and pain has calm down a lot since yesterday. Updated on 10 May 2016: Had another doctors appt today walked in today they looked at everything say everything is healing perfect. I feel way better than I did first day of course. Love the doctors I chose to go with they really care about their patients next spot is this Friday for another follow up. Here is a pic of my breast as I was getting a bath yesterday. I'm so in love with my boobs Updated on 21 May 2016: Been 2wks and 2days since surgery still swollen and plus I'm bloated this week cause I Hv a monthly visitor. But my recover has been good no complaints. I Hv been going to doctor once a week for post visits next week we talk scar treatment. I think my results so far are great can't wait to see when its no longer swollen. I'm still n a binder that my doctor gave me last week a new one and a bra also. I love this place I Hv not had to go purchase anything extra at all. Only thing I got before surgery that I'm glad I had was a toliet seat riser it came in handy. Everything else has been provided gauze bandages binders bras u name whateva they wanted me to use they provided u have to love it. Anyhow happy healing everyone!
