I had gynecomastia surgery for sagging skin in the chest after losing over 100 lbs. I'm Very happy with my results, I was quite apprehensive going in after researching online what to expect in terms of scarring. Dr Silver did not blow smoke about what to expect and was easily available to discuss my concerns. I'm not bothered even a little bit by my scars (though they are definitely present) as the overall aesthetic of my chest is so good that it's all I notice.
