"I am post-op tummy tuck and lipo week 4. I have to say this has been the scariest moment of my life but Dr. Higgins and his team have made me feel incredibly secure, safe and cared for. The expertise and level of care is one money can’t buy. From pre-op where I was giving a vitamins regimen and the attention to details this team has just wowed me. "The minute I stepped into the office for my consultation, I noticed right away how nice and clean the lobby is and the front desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Upon meeting Dr. Higgins, I knew this was the place to get my breast augmentation. They were extremely knowledgeable, professional, positive and I felt very safe. I was prepped very well and loved the extra care they give their patients with a vitamin regiment. On the day of surgery, all the nurses and Dr. Higgins were extremely positive, uplifting and friendly and calmed all my nerves. I've never felt more comfortable going under the knife! Dr. Higgins called the night of for a check-up and all post-op appointments with Dr. Higgins and the rest of his staff have been a positive experience. "I have been going to Dr. Tam for YEARS. She has changed my face completely! I had lots of scaring from years of acne and now I am so comfortable and confident in my own skin all thanks to her and her team! I don't even wear make up daily! Over the years, I have had multiple laser skin resurfacing and peel treatments with no complications. Now, I go in every 6 months for a chemical peel to keep my skin fresh. The office is beauty, the staff is amazing and I love her assistant Gail! I don't let anyone else touch my face expect for Dr. Tam!"
"I first went to Dr. Silver for a consultation in October of 2021. After much thought and seeing several other Dr. Offices I chose Plastic Surgery Vegas. I had a Browlift, Blepharoplasty, and Dermabrasion. I very much appreciated the efficient way the office is ran. It is a very welcoming office. Dr. Silver took the time to address all of my concerns. His staff is very kind and understanding. If you follow all instructions you will have a great outcome, as I did. I healed very fast, and with minimal down time. I am very happy with my decision. "Had breast augmentation and lipo done March 2022. Loved office from consultation to post op visits. Dr. Silver really spent time with me to go over all my options make me feel comfortable and informed during my initial consult. Day of surgery all staff from nurse to anesthesiologist to doc were so great, helped me stay relaxed and excited for procedure. Surgery went beautifully and no complications. I am now 4 weeks post op just had my follow up visit. I am loving the way everything looks and couldn’t be happier. Overall staff are helpful, friendly and did not make me feel self conscious or anything like that. Dr silver’s attention to detail is obvious and I appreciate his lovely bedside manner as well. I would recommend him over and over again and if I ever decide on more procedures in the future, I wouldn’t choose anyone else."

"I have been impressed by Dr. Higgins and his staff from my first consultation, about five years ago. At that time, my first breast augmentation was 15 years old. Dr. Higgins didn't pressure me or tell me I needed to have them done, they were still just fine. So... five years later, when I felt like it was time, in March I had a replace and repair breast augmentation. Continually impressed with Dr. Higgins and his staff. They are kind, respectful and professional. Plus...I'm so happy with the results of the surgery!!"
"Dr. Silver has the best bedside manner out of any physician I've ever met. If he doesn't feel you will look good with a certain procedure done, he will absolutely let you know. While the cost is a bit high, I find it's absolutely worth it. Don't go for the pseudo-lipo solutions (e.g. coolsculpting, air sculp, etc.) as these generally are done by individuals who aren't licensed to be performing liposuction in the first place! (I will update my review with pictures of my before and after results in a few months. Stay tuned!)"
"I can not say enough kind words about this wonderful practice. Everyone in this office is so kind, caring and so amazing. I recently had Dr. Edwards perform my breast augmentation. I did my research and had many consultations with various doctors but as soon as I met with Dr. Edwards I knew he was the doctor for me. From the moment I met him he made me feel safe in his hands, he has a wonderful bedside manner and he's a top notch doctor who really listens and makes sure to answer all questions, I'm so glad I picked him. "I can not even express how much I love Dr. Edwards. Before I met him I had 3 breast augmentation surgeries from different doctors and was experiencing capsular contracture every time. For this 4th surgery I really did my research and met with several doctors in Vegas and California and started feeling like I would have to go out of state to find a good doctor. But after meeting with Edwards I felt confident he was the doctor for me as his detailed consults gave me the assurance to move forward and I could tell he took pride in his work. "I am beyond happy with my decision to go with Plastic Surgery Las Vegas because my entire experience with them has been INCREDIBLE. I got my breast augmentation in September, and from the time I met for a consultation to surgery day their team was on it! Not only does Dr Edwards have accolades that are quite impressive, but he does a phenomenal job educating and helping you feel comfortable which really put me at ease that I was in the right hands. Initially I had plans to go to other consultations and speak with more plastic surgeons before making a decision, but I didn't see a need- Dr Edwards had it all! He really took his time with me and gave his suggestions of what I told him I wanted, and the end result fit my body perfectly. To be transparent- I couldn't decide on what specific CC size I wanted even up until the day-of surgery. So it was important for me to work with a plastic surgeon who could give me natural looking breasts (yet still bigger in size), and Dr Edwards delivered exactly that. I am in love with the work he did! And even though I am still in my recovery period, I can honestly say it's been looking better and better each day. In addition to my surgery, the office also offered a complimentary facial and free botox for me and a friend! Helloooo, this is AMAZING considering how unexpected it was. "I have worked with both Dr. Edwards and Dr. Silver and I can’t say enough about them. Their professionalism and knowledge are unmatched compared to my experiences with other plastic surgeons and their work is flawless!! I have had two procedures with Dr. Edwards (explant/lift and new implants later with mommy makeover) and not only have they both come out looking amazing but he is incredibly patient and allows you to take the lead with what you want without any pressure. I tell everyone I know to go to him first when considering breast work! It was by chance when researching for a tummy tuck that Dr. Silver’s name came up repeatedly as the best, so I was thrilled to be able to do a mommy makeover with both Drs. After two babies born in two years I barely recognized my torso and Dr. Silver did incredible work to make me feel like myself again. I was terrified that the scarring wouldn’t be worth it but his work is so precise and hidden; I’m so happy I did it!"

"My breast augmentation was such a wonderful experience from start to finish, thanks to this team! I was really nervous during my first appointment and pre-op, but Dr. Edwards is so considerate and really honest about what the results will be and how to achieve what you are looking for as safely and practically as possible. The nurses, especially Cathy, are sweet as can be, constantly going above & beyond to check in and make sure you're feeling okay and that all of your questions are answered. "Fantastic, it's the closest I can say to the clinic in general. Michael Edwards met all my demands haha, my result was spectacular, I was very scared that I would get a scar, but it was not like that, you can barely see the incision. I had a breast augmentation, both breasts were exactly the same size, exactly the same height and really close to each other. I love how they look, super delicate and natural, they don't look like they don't go with the body at all. He is a fantastic doctor, there was nothing that was not as I wanted it. I am very specific because I read every comment before going to this clinic and I would like my opinion to be of help to those who are looking."
"Dr Edwards and staff are AMAZING! Literally the best experience from scheduling, consultation, surgery, and follow ups. They really make you feel comfortable and answer all your questions. Not just in the office but you can call and one of the nurses are always available. The office is beautiful and clean. Everyone is friendly and kind. Dr Edwards fixed my breasts as I had them done from a previous doctor in Las Vegas in 2005. H”Dr Edwards added new implants and a lift. They are perfect and I love them. He is a wonderful doctor who cares and will take the time to listen to you, go over photos and show you the desired outcome. He is honest and puts his patients first. "Dr. Andrew Silver I was referred to Dr. Andrew Silver as the most qualified plastic surgeon for scar revision. I had the unfortunate experience of having poor facial work done that left me with a facial scar that did not lay flat and sat low at the side of my face. It was impossible to hide. From the moment I met Dr. Silver, he explained how he could improve the scar but also its’ limitations. He treated me patiently every six weeks for over one year to prepare the scar for the next stage - fat filler. The scar is much improved and I appreciated his skill, expertise and optimism at every appointment. I am forever grateful to Dr. Silver for his kindness and patience."

"Dr. Silver has been my doctor for about 3 years now. He does my Dysport and fillers. I love him because doesn't over inject my face. Instead he injects just enough where I look... younger... but I still look natural and like myself. My friends can't tell that I've had Dysport or fillers done because they are so naturally injected. This week I had my latest appointment with Dr. Silver and I asked him to put more filler in my cheeks but he explained to me that my cheeks would look too puffy and my face would be off balance if I had more filler now. What a doctor to actually say No to making more money and to tell me I don't need a procedure."
"My journey with Dr. Andrew Silver began nearly a year ago after my neighbor had recommended I see him for a consultation regarding a procedure (PDO threads) that I had booked elsewhere. She had just gotten a facelift and neck lift and looked absolutely incredible only 10 days post-op. I noticed how quickly she was healing as well as her beautiful, natural results. She then showed me a photo of Dr. Silver and I called to make an appointment immediately. I was able to get in within a week or two which was nice, given his reputation as one of the top plastic surgeons in Las Vegas. I had a few other procedures I had recently taken interest in so I was looking forward to covering all of them in the consultation. When I arrived at his office I appreciated the aesthetic of the facility itself. It’s warm and chic, similar to one of the five star resorts on the Las Vegas Strip. His entire staff, from the front desk, to nurses, assistants, and office managers are all extremely friendly, and welcoming. When I finally met Dr Silver, I was a little disappointed because he was wearing a mask, but he introduced himself and asked what my concerns were. I quickly realized how thorough he was, patient, and a perfectionist of his craft! All of the things you look for in a plastic surgeon. He detoured me from the PDO threads and explained in detail why. He answered all my questions, and gave his opinion; which is refreshing because he’s conservative and I feel his approach “less is more”- helps give elevating results rather than changing anyone’s unique natural beauty. I had botched lip filler from another office he helped dissolve. He was able to meticulously dissolve the migrated filler without dissolving all of it, so he didn’t even have to add anymore! Last year the tiny bags under my eyes had started to bother me and I was feeling self conscious. Dr. Silver suggested a lower blepharoplasty with fat transposition for the results I was seeking. I could not be MORE IN LOVE with the results :) His surgery team was so caring and funny, or maybe it was me on the anesthesia, but either way it was a great experience. Preop was the following morning and my entire healing process from that procedure was seamless which I partially attribute to Stacie and her amazing pre-op, post-op instructions that she gives in person ; via email, and has written handouts. I’m also grateful for the healing pre/ post op vitamins they give you! Fast forward to today, I’m laying here on my sofa one day out from my second surgery (3rd procedure) with Dr Silver! This time I was correcting some excess fat sub-mental (double chin). I wanted to do it under general anesthesia as I was too chicken to do it awake, so I decided to try something I liked the look of that’s popular throughout the entertainment industry right now, an endoscopic brow lift. What I call a “pony tail” brow lift. I’m slightly swollen on day two, but I’m already ecstatic with the results I’m seeing!!! Same experience with surgery yesterday. Everyone was on their A game at 6am. I felt completely comfortable thanks to the whole team. I will update this review with before / after pics of myself as soon as I’m healed. I hope this reaches everyone exactly as it is meant to. I’ll just end by saying I’m never letting another surgeon touch my face, EVER!"
"Dr. Edwards is absolutely amazing! I personally know many of his patients and have had my own beautiful experience with him doing removal and replacement of my breast implants as well as a breast lift. In my opinion his work is perfection for a couple of reasons; his bedside manner is wonderful, I truly believe he cares about me as much as his beautiful work, my incisions look as perfect as they can be with just a hairline scar developing, my implants are the exact size I wanted, I love the relocation of my nipples, he patiently explained the step by step plan and everything went exactly to that plan. After 18 months of engaging in a workout program designed to naturally repair my diastasis recti with core compressions, I came to the realization I was a severe case, and the core compressions were not working for me. I had also been doing tons of research over those 18 months, and I found alternate methods of healing diastasis recti. When I learned that abdominoplasty is the primary surgery done to repair those muscles, I absolutely wanted to make sure that the surgeon I chose was the best. I looked at thousands of before and after photos and read millions of reviews and watched more than enough YouTube vlogs about this procedure. All of my research zeroed my selection down to Dr. Higgins. And after I had my consultation, I knew that he was the right surgeon for me. He was down to earth, he explained everything, including information that I did not get from my research. I was impressed with his office and his incredible team; everything was top tier. Post surgery, I was never in any unbearable pain. I am able to see Dr. Higgins quite often, and will be doing so for up to a year after my surgery, and that makes me feel very well taken care of. Now the most important part, my results. My diastasis recti is no more. I feel my posture is already improving, less strain on my lower back, and my core has been restored 100% to it’s pre-baby days!! I’m only four weeks post-op and my incision is already beginning to disappear, which is a better result than I ever expected! I am very happy and I feel very grateful to have found such a wonderful surgeon. "I initially wanted to remove my old implants (breast) but after my consultation I decided to put new ones in and added liposuction. Why liposuction? I am 46 and have a clean diet and do an hour of cardio 5-6 times a week and weight train 4-5 times a week with little change. I had come to the realization it is what it is and the only way to get to my physical goal is to get a little help. The staff especially Laura (Dr. Higgins assistant) made the process from beginning to recovery extremely excepting of all that I will (pre-op) and continue to experience. My decision to get liposuction was a last minute decision and was not at all mentally prepared for it. The recovery process after liposuction had given my anxiety and depression because I looked worst (so I thought so) but after emailing my concerns and seeing Dr. Higgins I was quickly reassured that what I was looking at is 100% normal and temporary as I was still recovering. I am 6 weeks post recovery and I love the "hour glass" figure of which I never had even when I was at my best physical shape; I have always had a "square" shaped torso. My breast are the same size just with new implants; Dr. Higgins did a great job with this area. I still have so much work (exercise & nutrition) to do if I want to maintain and further create a better physique to my liking. I saw this surgical procedure as a huge stepping stone to getting to my personal physical condition. In the beginning I had a little regret to my decision to getting liposuction because I am a caretaker, but now I am very happy I did it and the recovery time did not hinder being a caretaker for too long. Every one will recover differently and the pain tolerant is not equal for everyone but in my personal opinion if you have a serious goal to look a certain way, liposuction will certainly help you get to your goal."

I had my pre-op in December of 2020 my surgery date was January 5th 2021 with Dr Higgins we did lipo with the focus on my back fat and he did some lipo on the top of my arms my sides my flanks my hips that whole section. "I did my research for surgeons specializing in breast augmentation and felt Dr. Edwards matched what I was looking for. His credentials seemed well above what I needed, but I wanted the best. I called the office for a consult and was scheduled for a few days later. I waited only a few minutes before meeting Dr. Edwards and his surgical assistant, forgot her name but she was awesome. The consult was informative but also a fun experience. I felt very comfortable and couldn’t think of any major questions after the consult. They seemed to cover it all. I booked my breast lift and implants at the consult for 2 weeks later. It was a bit of a rush to complete the pre surgical requirements like mammogram, bloodwork, filling prescriptions etc, but it was all done on time. I arrived at the surgery center and felt so relaxed. Everyone was so comforting. I was even laughing as they wheeled me into surgery. They emphasized the gentle anesthesia approach they use and they were spot on. I woke up feeling great with zero nausea or drowsiness. The pain for 2 days after was well managed with the meds and by the third day I felt I didn’t need pain management anymore. I was able to get back to caring for my 2 young children while following the required limitations. My few post surgery questions and my first follow ups were handled by Cynthia and she was quick to answer or call me right back. She’s such a sweetheart but also has been a great help through the healing process. I’m now 17 days post surgery and I’m blown away by my results. "Dr. Edwards is such an amazing doctor. I went to two consultations prior to seeing Dr. Edwards as I was trying to stay in network to have my breast reduction covered. Unhappy with the other doctors bedside manner, I decided to have a consult with dr. Edwards as a former colleague had the same procedure with him and recommended I give it a try. I am so glad I did, from the moment I walked in it felt right. His staff and Medical assistants were great and helpful and dr. Edwards was so genuine and caring. "If you're considering plastic surgery, stop looking.... this is the place to have it. From consultation to follow-up, this team took top care of me; I doubt that anyone could do better than they did. You'd think you're their only patient, they way they watch out for you. They actually pamper you. Plus, I'm thrilled with my results...I look much younger, to my surprise! And it didn't hurt beyond the "occasional mild discomfort" level. I was expecting to need a few bullets to bite on as my face healed. Didn't need 'em. Hey, I am not an easy subject to beautify! I'm in my 60s. I was beyond fillers/injections, or patches. Last month, I met Dr. Silver and had a detailed discussion on how to fix the bulldog jowls ,chicken neck, and sagging lower eyelids. He convinced me he was a miracle worker.. So two weeks ago, Dr. Silver performed a lower facelift and lower eyelift and mini-upper eyelift. I expected the long and extensive surgery/ recovery process to be horribly painful for a long time, but it wasn't that way at all. The first night my eyes were uncomfortable and scratchy, but not horrible. The pain medication plan they had for me kept me comfortable otherwise. I didn't even know my head was wrapped up, or that I had about a two-foot long tube in my head and neck. Backing up a little, I was impressed that their care began as soon as I scheduled a surgery date. To get my body in top shape for surgery and repair, two weeks prior to surgery, they started me on an impressive vitamin regimen, with more added as the surgery date drew near. Next, their coordination with other agencies was excellent. The surgery center called me to register. When does that ever happen! The nurse slated for after-care called me. Dr. Silver's team even coordinated with my regular doctor to make sure I received the proper tests and clearance ahead of time. I heard from the anesthesiologist, too. Everything was regimented and accurate. On the day of surgery, I showed up at 6 a.m. and got into my backless gown and met with Dr. Silver. Shortly after that I was in the operating room and was under the anesthetic before my required valium could take effect. No waiting around in little curtained-off rooms! The surgery took several hours. And then the surgery center got me ready for my trip home. The processes to get me home and cared for were superb. A nurse met us at the surgery center and followed us home and cared for me.[ Having a nurse instead of husband care probably saves marriages, although my husband is wonderful and well-intentioned]. The nurse kept in contact with Dr. Silver. She was wonderful. The next day we returned back to his office for that very long tube/ drain removal and my head wrap removal. Surprise! They washed my hair, too. Stitches began coming out in a week in a series of three appointments. As far as having pain, as I wrote earlier, only the first night my eyes were mildly uncomfortable. My face muscles have felt pulled tight around my neck and chin. My eye area was mildly sore. My ears were numb. Mostly the sides of my face and neck are numb, too. Sounds horrible, doesn't it. But I've suffered worse pain from doing exercise routines. I couldn't drive for a couple of weeks. [That was the worst pain.] Overall, the pain medication kept everything in check, and after 4 or 5 days I only needed acetaminophen. I was up watching television and got dressed about the third day. Every day I improve more than I expect. I still have some swelling but people don't run when they see me in the store. Bottom line: I am glad that I had the surgery! Dr. Silver is one of those rare, detailed and talented surgeons with that artistic eye who can transform average into spectacular. He blessed my life. Additionally, the entire team makes a very difficult process with many interworking parts look easy. Thank you all."

Shortly after that I was in the operating room and was under the anesthetic before my required valium could take effect. No waiting around in little curtained-off rooms! The surgery took several hours. And then the surgery center got me ready for my trip home. The processes to get me home and cared for were superb. A nurse met us at the surgery center and followed us home and cared for me.[ Having a nurse instead of husband care probably saves marriages, although my husband is wonderful and well-intentioned]. The nurse kept in contact with Dr. Silver. She was wonderful. The next day we returned back to his office for that very long tube/ drain removal and my head wrap removal. Surprise! They washed my hair, too. Stitches began coming out in a week in a series of three appointments. As far as having pain, as I wrote earlier, only the first night my eyes were mildly uncomfortable. My face muscles have felt pulled tight around my neck and chin. My eye area was mildly sore. My ears were numb. Mostly the sides of my face and neck are numb, too. Sounds horrible, doesn't it. "I saw Dr. Edwards and Dr. Silver and have nothing but wonderful things to say about both of these surgeons. I had a breast implant removal with Dr. Edwards. I had a capsular contracture and he was very respectful about my decision to remove my implants. I also have virtually NO PAIN in my breasts from the surgery! The recovery has been unbelievable. Dr. Edwards repaired a large inguinal hernia, an umbilical hernia, as well as an abdominoplasty. I have heard recovery is brutal from this surgery and again have been so PLEASANTLY SURPRISED! I had sought out a breast surgeon as I had a repetitive problem with Capsular Contracture, which is scar tissue that develops around the breast implants, it can become very painful sometimes. After several surgeries, both in Las Vegas and California, I wasn't looking for another Doctor to remove and replace my implants then to just put in another set! That was the last thing I needed! Plastic Surgery Vegas’ reputation has remained sterling for so many years and after experiencing it first-hand, I can see why. Forget that they have a beautifully appointed office, supported by an equally good-looking staff and equipped with some of the most state-of-the-art technology. Instead, let’s focus on the process... Dr. Silver’s assessments are client-centered, detailed and thorough. The procedures are performed gently and meticulously (you’ll see). What I like most is the conservative approach, favoring the more “natural” look. It’s easy for doctors to tell their patients: “You could use some here, some there...”, and trust they have your best interest—not always the case. Some practitioners don’t know how to say “no” entirely and take your money. That explains why you see so many homogenized caricatures of women with overinflated lips and unnatural facial contours. If that’s what you’re into, don’t waste your time, this is not the place. On the less invasive side, I’ve had a facial performed by Whitney. After staying in a hotel for 5 days and seeing the Dr. before I flew back to NYC, the Dr. said to me, "you should have had a tummy tuck". I was stunned, why wouldn't he have told me before I paid $17,000.00. It is not a fix, it is a band aid and it does not work. My husband and I were on our way to Las Vegas and I spoke with my closest friends whose husband happens to be an emergency room doctor. I had asked her hypothetically, that if I were in the market for a tummy tuck who would she recommend. I was told that Dr. Higgens.was the best! I was so lucky to get an appointment, we were only going to be in Las Vegas for 3 days. After meeting Dr. Higgens, my husband turned to me and said, "this is who you are using". I had 3 other consultations set up for Miami and NYC., I did not go any further than Dr. Higgens. Dr. Higgens is a GREAT listener, which is very important when you are having surgery, especially plastic surgery. He was frank in what results I could expect and what not to expect. I rented a reclining lounge chair and had that delivered to the hotel. BEST WAY TO SLEEP AFTER A TUMMY TUCK! Saw him the next day and I was doing great. Before leaving Vegas I developed a seroma, which is caused by your own body, not anyone's fault. Dr. Higgens treated me with a sonogram, and we drained the seroma every few days. I had Dr. Higgens cell phone number and if I need to reach out to him, I did not have to go through an answering service, I was able to text him. Wish ALL doctors were this way!It has been two years since the tummy tuck. I had my backside lifted last summer, and recently had my implants replaced. Dr. Higgens has done all 3 surgeries. I am happy BEYOND words!!! Two of my friends from NYC have already booked consultations for later this year. I can't stress enough what an incredible doctor he is. Compassionate, kind, honest, and has tremendous patience, he is also a friend.His staff is THE BEST! Laura is his nurse for the office, LOVE HER! She does pre-op and post-op and everything in between. I texted her with every little thing before bothering the doctor. "I had the best experience at Las Vegas Plastic surgery! I was referred to Dr. Edwards from a friend who had exceptional results. I had a week off of work so I scheduled a consultation with Dr. Edwards for a b.a. revision and he was very thorough and professional. I loved that he took his time and also sketched what he recommended on an actual picture of me. I’ve met with several doctors and he clearly was the most knowledgeable and really cared about my results. The staff also let me know they do free skin consultations where they take pictures of your face & show all the sun damage, brown spots, uneven texture, etc. I met with Julie (the next day) who did mine and she was absolutely fantastic! He was very professional, thorough in explaining the surgery and the post-op recovery. He didn't rush me through the consults and spent plenty of time answering all my questions. One of my concerns was not having enough skin removed from the upper eyelids. Dr. Silver explained the importance of being conservative in what was removed and took multiple measurements to ensure the right amount was removed so the eyelids closed completely. It's a little over one month since my surgery and I've noticed great improvement with my visual field. Family noticed a huge improvement after one week. Amazing. "Dr. Higgins is wonderful. Down to earth and an amazing sense of aesthetics. I have a really nice nose but it got slightly broken across the bridge when something fell on it. You couldn't see it in person but you could tell in photos. It made it slightly out of whack but it wasn't bad enough to have surgery. Still, I couldn't stand it. Dr. Higgins fixed it by putting "Filler" in the area where it looked funny in the photos. It looks just like it did before the breakage. He really took his time."

"I'm writing the review because I too was unsure of hyaluronidase and confused about the reviews. I'm here to reassure you that , it does work. I had juvaderm ultra plus in my nasolabial folds and the plastic surgeon inh bred very high on the corners of my nose causing a buttress , enhancing my nasalis muscle bs distorting my smile. I saw the immediate change in my smile and asked him to undo it at my 2 week follow up. He said he does not know how to use the reversal agent and told me to wait for my body to dissolve it on its own. 30 months later I saw only minimal change and went to Dr. Goesel Anson in Las Vegas who stated the vycriss technology makes it more difficult to dissolve if a patient waits . Thankfully she started to dissolve it and it has become softer and less noticeable. Although I am not back to my old face, I do look better. I have not noticed any of my own tissue being affected. It usually takes multiple times at tiny doses with a weekly follow up. You need to go to a doctor that uses the enzyme for corrections regularly and not just any injector. Filler CAN last for years and it can cause your own collagen stimulation. I have noticed no scar tissue in my own face buty nasilabial folds are not ax pronounced and it has been 30 months since I used my one and only filler. It may get encapsulated or it may have been placed inappropriately or too much may have been used. Please note that skin under the eyes is different . Lips are also different. I can only let you know if my experience . I have had juvaderm ultra filler in my lips with Dr. Michaela Tozzi, DDS in Las Vegas and have had no bruising or bumps and am very happy. "Hyaluronidase is Safe Don't Suffer with Bad Filler! - I'm writing the review because I too was unsure of hyaluronidase and confused about the reviews. I'm here to reassure you that , it does work. I had juvaderm ultra plus in my nasolabial folds and the plastic surgeon inh bred very high on the corners of my nose causing a buttress , enhancing my nasalis muscle bs distorting my smile. I saw the immediate change in my smile and asked him to undo it at my 2 week follow up. He said he does not know how to use the reversal agent and told me to wait for my body to dissolve it on its own. 30 months later I saw only minimal change and went to Dr. Goesel Anson in Las Vegas who stated the vycriss technology makes it more difficult to dissolve if a patient waits . Thankfully she started to dissolve it and it has become softer and less noticeable. Although I am not back to my old face, I do look better. I have not noticed any of my own tissue being affected. It usually takes multiple times at tiny doses with a weekly follow up. You need to go to a doctor that uses the enzyme for corrections regularly and not just any injector. Filler CAN last for years and it can cause your own collagen stimulation. I have noticed no scar tissue in my own face buty nasilabial folds are not ax pronounced and it has been 30 months since I used my one and only filler. It may get encapsulated or it may have been placed inappropriately or too much may have been used. Please note that skin under the eyes is different . Lips are also different. I can only let you know if my experience . I have had juvaderm ultra filler in my lips with Dr. Michaela Tozzi, DDS in Las Vegas and have had no bruising or bumps and am very happy. "50 and ready to be implant free - Las Vegas, NV - My goal is to have my implants removed. I have 20 maybe more years of life left and there is a lot of things i want to do! The boobs that once gave me the confidence i needed are just in the way and serving me no purpose. I may very well need a lift six months to a year down the road after I heal. I've had over the muscle implants since I was 27, I nursed my daughter for six months at 31. Switched out the saline for silicone almost 10 years ago. Now they just seem heavy and in the way. Updated on 10 Feb 2016: Thank you to everyone that's posted on this site. Looking forward to embracing the old me. My explant is Monday February 15. This is my second set of implants. Dr. Higgins replaced my 1992 saline implants with this silicone pair in 2006. Although is was an improvement i am ready to be free from implants entirely. Updated on 18 Feb 2016: Doc said yesterday to keep the velcro 4" wide strap over the compression bra (that is over a couple of pads) as tight as i can stand it. Drains will come out tomorrow. I changed the pads out today and snapped this photo. Updated on 19 Feb 2016: Updated on 23 Feb 2016: Over my soprts bra i am wearing a 4" elastic velcro band as tight as i can stand it. I Have no breast tissue and alot of skin and tissue that needs to heal and hopefully retract. Right now they still look like the last photo. I only unwrap them long enough for a shower. I'll see Dr Higgins agian in three days. My over the muscle silicone implants were removed through my original nipple incisions so in my case, no tissue to hide a scar under the fold, so that's a plus. A little nervous the fluff fairy may never visit. The best part is the stiff and sore neck that i have lived with for years doesn't hurt and my range of motion has increased by at least 20 percent!! I can hardly wait to go back to pilates, yoga and golf !! Updated on 28 Feb 2016: I'm not seeing much improvement. Three days without compression. I don't have enough tissue for a "aa" cup. You can still see and feel the space where the implants rested. Still sore and sensative to the touch. The silicone implants were removed through insisions below my nipples. Those stittches will desolve on their own eventually. 10 years ago i have "textured" saline implants replaced with this second set. Some of the very little tissue I had came out with those implants. I'm hopeful that next weeks update photo will be and improvement. Really Greatful for all your stories on here. Updated on 8 Mar 2016: I have been massaging. I have been using a manual breast pump as suggested by my PS. The scar tissue is winning. I can't exersize and it seems the rest of me is falling apart too. Okay enough about me. ""55, Single, and Happy." - Las Vegas, NV - Dr. Anson did a super job on my face and neck. I don't look like I just had a full face lift but people tell me I look great. I have a few scars behind my ears and one tiny scar under my chin. My face feels and looks fresh and soft without all the sagging skin around my mouth and eyes and my neck looks tight. The recovery time is short. I had my stitches and bandages removed the day after surgery and essentially watched Netflix for a week while I waited for the swelling to go down. He mostly does breast work, but was very confident in his abilities. His Dad had actually taken care of me for a broken kneecap a year before and did a great job with that. He is an orthopedic surgeon. The results are excellent. He told me that I would continue to see improvement even 2 years later and he was correct. It is interesting how long it takes for the final rhinoplasty results. My nose is nice and straight and much smaller. No breathing issues either. Only downside of the experience is that his office is always jam-packed with patients. Show up 30 minutes after your scheduled appointment time. They are always running behind."

At the pre-op Jacqueline learned that I wasn't ready and was too nervous. She called me a few hours after I left the office and asked me to come see Dr. Edwards the following day and if needed to postpone the surgery because he did not want to perform a surgery on me unless I was absolutely sure that's what I wanted. He suggested we postponed it until I was excited about it and 100% sure. That made me even more confident in him and I appreciated that he wasn't all about the money. Pre-op for surgery was great. They allowed my boyfriend to be there with me the whole time. In the surgery room they had my pictures on the wall, that made me smile. "35 YO, BF 2 Kids, 5'7", 130lbs, 78LB+ Weight Loss... - After two kids, a 75lb+ weighloss, and the quest for the perfect PS... I'm still at a loss for what to do... Implant or no implant? Attached, is my most recent photo taken. Initially, I had only wanted a lift and reduction on my left breast, to correct a 200cc breast asymmetry. After my weightloss, my right breast is a B-cup and the asymmetry as dwindled to only a 50cc difference.So here are my options...OPTION #1: Have the breast lift/reduction only. This may leave me with a large A cup or even a small B. (These are only my guestimates as my PS doesn't speak in "cup sizes".) Live with the correction, and if I'm not happy with the size, go in for a 2nd surgery and have silicone implants placed underneath the muscle.OPTION #2: Have only one surgery, a BL with Augmentation. Because of the width of my breasts the smallest implant I am a candidate for is a 371cc high profile silicone implant. With the right implant having to be approximately 50CCs larger. Here is my dilemma....First, I don't want large breasts, and 371cc and a 425cc implant seems HUGE to me. Second, I'm very active... are my breasts going to get in the way? Third, what if I gain the weight back? Not only will the possibility of a greater asymmetry returning... but now will my breasts be like a DD? My PS is the BEST in town and now is recommending only one surgery instead of two. "Dr. Higgins and his staff never fail to keep providing absolutely impeccable service and results! I first saw Dr. Higgins in 2007 with a mild case of capsular contracture that was not resolved with my initial surgeon. When I first met Dr. Higgins, I was amazed with the knowledge and confidence he had with his profession. More surprisingly, the follow up treatment went on for nearly a year after my surgery! No post surgery charges whatsoever. I did do implants one year later as I did not feel full enough up top (what can I say i was 25 living in Las Vegas). They were also amazing! Having a breast reduction was the best thing I ever did for myself. Implants is something to think long and hard about as I do regret that as I am aging and they need to be redone. "I had 360 cc smooth saline implants under the muscle for 15 years. I am 5ft 8" tall, and at the age of 23 thought I needed to have at least a C cup to match my curvy figure. Also, I lived in Los Angeles, where all of my friends were getting bigger breasts and it seemed pretty simple. I hated the feeling of having implants in my body the minute I woke up from surgery. I lost a lot of feeling in one of my breasts and nipples, and it changed my sex life for the worse. Even though I liked the way I filled out clothes and bras, I was always aware of these foreign objects in my body, and sleeping on my stomach or having a massage became very uncomfortable. After 10 years of having implants I began having health issues. My thyroid was low, my adrenals were fatigued, I had random aches and pains in my joints, stomach issues, 24 hour a day headaches and dizziness, and the list goes on. I spent 5 years trying to figure out this could be happening. I eat very healthy, exercise, and take very good care of myself. About a year ago, I started reading articles about breast implants causing these sorts of health problems, and that was it for me. "5'9 130lbs..post op DAY 5 Las Vegas, NV - Hi ladies! Thanks for the responses ahead of time! To give you a brief rundown.. i'm 5'9, 130lbs.. tiny up top, bigger on bottom! My measurements are 32b, 23, 37! I have been wanting bigger boobs for goodness knows how long- I'm 26 and finally built up the courage to do it! My deposit is down and my mom booked a flight to come take care of me.. so no turning back now!! I have no kids, not married, just in a long term committed relationship.. boy is he excited!! haha :) My first big thing was deciding between HP and Mod +, decided to go with HP.. my BWD is like 11, so for the volume I want It was necessary to go with HP. My doc usually does HP and his work is beautiful- so hoping to achieve a somewhat natural look! :) Now, the hard part- I want to look natural but also want full boobs i'm happy with. My doctor said to go up to 375 because under the muscle hides about 25cc? But now i'm thinking maybe to go with 400cc and have about 25cc hidden.. BUT-I don't want it to be SO noticeable :) I would love opinions! Been taking my vitamins.. buying sports bras, ice packs.. getting everything ready! Anxious but excited! "Fat Transfer to Cheeks - Las Vegas, NV - My procedure will be on Thursday, August 29th at around 2:45pm. I have my medications (sedative, pain killers, antibiotics, and a steroid pack), my husband who will be my caregiver that day, and a healthy dose of skepticism.I've never focused on my cheeks until after my rhinoplasty in April; they say plastic surgery can be a slippery slope (although I only want to focus on skin texture after this procedure). My cheeks are hollow--they're non-existent and when I smile I can actually see a sunken in area where my 'cheeks' are suppose to be. So not only do I lack volume, it looks like I have actual depth where I shouldn't. I love the look of full, apple-like cheeks and have been desiring a more concentrated look in that particular area of my face.I am 22 years old and have had filler under my eyes (tear trough area), so I'm no stranger to hollowness. I hope this procedure will mean less filler under my eyes.I am having this procedure under local anesthesia; meaning 1-2 oral nerve blocks, a sedative, and my experience with needles to the face before (juvederm, restylane, etc). I am scared about the procedure because they will have to harvest fat from my stomach (hopefully she can get enough), centrifuge/clean/do what they need to do, and then use a huge needle (fat is thicker than filler) in the cheek area. I've been instructed to take a second sedative pill if need be and I'm almost saying yes (and this is a few days before haha). I'm having this as an in-office procedure because I want to have better control over where she places the fat; this isn't a nose job or a tummy tuck. It is still a major event, but I believe I can handle it.My goal is to have full, cheeky cheeks without looking like a chipmunk. I say this because I want the fat to be injected only in the cheek area; I dislike that overfilled look some people can get. So by simply concentrating the fat in the cheek area, I can have a more contoured look.I have Bromelain and Arnica Montana to take following the procedure, as well as a tapering steroid pack to alleve any swelling. I took the week off and hope I can get back to normal, light activities (office work/school) quickly. I know the results may take months as the dust settles and the fat stays/reabsorbs, so I will take plenty of photos.I chose my own fat over filler because I know some of the fat injected will stay with me forever--even if it's 10% I would be happy (and typically filler can't do that--they're designed to dissolve). I love the idea that fat usually lasts longer, some of the fat you keep stays with you, and it can look more natural over time. "So Happy to Be Implant Free!!! - Las Vegas, NV - I had 360 cc smooth saline implants under the muscle for 15 years. I am 5ft 8" tall, and at the age of 23 thought I needed to have at least a C cup to match my curvy figure. Also, I lived in Los Angeles, where all of my friends were getting bigger breasts and it seemed pretty simple. I hated the feeling of having implants in my body the minute I woke up from surgery. "Made it to the flat side - I am 40 years old, have 3 children and am married to the love of my life! I could never begin to say enough wonderful things about my husband. He has always loved me (from the time I was 125 pounds and even when I was 208 pounds after my pregnancies). My bad body journey began 22 years ago with the birth of our first son. I didn't gain a lot of weight however at age 19, I had a c-section scar, the c-section pooch and enough stretch marks that my stomach looked like a roadmap. I had 2 more children via c-section and then gained about 70 pounds. I have lost all the weight with the exception of about 8 pounds. Despite the fact I lost all the weight, I have been left with a ton of stomach and hip skin. In fact, at 142 pounds, I wear size 12's and they are somewhat tight and my belly is always prominent. I researched doctors in three different states, including Dr. Garth Fisher in Beverly Hills, Dr. Sean Lille in Scottsdale and ultimately settled on Dr. Terrence Higgins in Las Vegas, Nevada.
