Hello, and welcome to my Breastimplants411.com website. My name is Dr. Michael Edwards, and I am a board certified plastic surgeon in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Breast augmentation, breast reduction, and breast lifts are some of the most popular and most often requested procedures in my practice. I see many patients in my office who are unhappy with their breasts and unsure of how to make a change. We will consider your current breast size, the shape and symmetry of your breasts, as well as your health history.

There are many factors to be considered when deciding which breast procedure is right for you. For example, many women I see in consultation have lost the cleavage they once had. Others have very little breast tissue, and many have lost the fullness they had before pregnancy. Still other women I meet in consultation have more sagginess in their breasts and may need a breast lift as well as the breast augmentation.

When we meet for your consultation, we will discuss the pros and cons and many considerations surrounding breast augmentation, including incision placement, whether to place the implant in front of or behind the chest muscle, saline versus silicon implants and which is right for you, whether your circumstances dictate you should have a smooth or a textured breast implant. And finally, should we choose a low profile, moderate profile, or high profile implant?

I have performed over 2000 breast augmentation procedures over the past 10 years in practice, and I look forward to the opportunity to help you achieve the look that you desire for your new breasts. With an in-person consultation, we will be able to develop a surgical plan that is right for you.
