My pre-op appointment answered every question I could think of and was the most thorough appointment I have ever had prior to a surgical procedure. Their staff is amazing! From the ladies at the front desk, Sandra in scheduling, to the medical assistants Stacie, Shelseea, Ariel, and Sophie, Joanne and Jared in pre-op, everyone is professional and nice. "I had a fleur de lis tummy tuck with abdominal muscle repair, mons lift, and a breast lift with augmentation all done in the same surgery by Dr. Higgins. First, my results are incredible. He removed all of the loose skin from my 90lb weight loss with the tummy tuck and did some abdominal sculpting with the muscle repair. He raised the saggy parts with the mons lift and absolutely snatched my waist with the fleur de lis tummy tuck. I was also very impressed with my breasts, I previously had spiderweb tattoos on them and somehow he was able to keep the tattoos in tact and did not ruin the appearance of them, even with the breast lift and taking skin from the breast. Dr. Higgins is very kind and has great bedside mannerisms, he made me feel safe and comfortable throughout the entire process. He and his team were easy to reach for any questions and concerns I had. Second, the CNA they sent me home with was incredible. Christy from Post Op Pampering went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable during my recovery. There were some very hard days I wouldn’t have been able to get through post surgery if it had not been for her. Christy is very kind and fun to be around, and I felt very safe and comfortable knowing she was helping me during my initial recovery. If I have future surgeries to remove loose skin from arms and thighs I will be specifically requesting Christy is the CNA they send from Post Op Pampering."
"Dr. Silver and his team are amazing! I went in nervous and a list of questions and he gladly answered every single one. He is kind and straight forward. "Dr. Higgins is a true artist. Instead of sculpting in marble, clay or bronze, he sculpts bodies. I have been self-conscious about my belly pooch for 55 years. Finally, I treated myself to a tummy tuck, mons lift and liposuction. During the first consultation, Dr. Higgins knew exactly what I wanted and had been feeling about my body before I even expressed it. It’s as though he read my mind. He is a great listener and explains comprehensively what he suggests doing in surgery. I didn’t feel rushed, and he took the time to answer all the questions. Bedside manners are impeccable. Follow-up is extraordinary. The day after surgery, I removed the girdle to shower and saw the results for the first time. What a phenomenal difference! "Dr. Silver performed my abdominoplasty with liposuction at the bra line and flanks. I am beyond pleased! It’s only 6 weeks post-op and friends and family have all have complimented on how natural everything looks. "Exceptional, amazing, world-class! I could throw adjectives at this wonderful clinic and staff all day and still not do it justice. The professionalism, level and standard of care, and attention to detail are simply the best around. I received consults at several places and was completely convinced this was the right fit for me as soon as I started my consult with Dr. Silver. His expertise and bedside manner put me instantly at ease and I knew instantly I had found "my" surgeon - or one of them, as it eventually turned out. I was consulting for a breast lift and implant replacement as well as a tummy tuck - a "mommy makeover." I felt perfectly at ease with Dr. Silver doing the entire set of procedures, but he recommended - in my best interest health wise AND financially - to have two surgeons simultaneously and cut my time under anesthesia. I agreed and did a second consult with Dr. Edwards about a week later. The combined procedure was scheduled just a couple months out and they were even able to accommodate my request to push it back a month so I could get a short notice shoulder surgery first. I was pretty anxious having a few big procedures in a very short time span, but couldn't be happier with my results or my recovery. I'm convinced that everything from their pre-op care, sending a nurse home with me for my first night after surgery and all of the fantastic follow up care have led to my very quick recovery time. Friends who had the abdominoplasty warned me it was a very painful and arduous recovery. I was off pain meds (except basic Tylenol and then muscle relaxers at bedtime) within 2 days, drain-free and walking fully upright within a week. Obviously that's not a typical recovery, but I'm attributing a large portion of it to the skill of the surgical team and the post op care. You cannot go wrong with this place!! Amazing results and their glowing reviews and solid 5 star rating speak for themselves! Get in for that consult and let them work their magic - you won't regret the decision. "I lost over 200 lbs. and as a result, had a lot of loose skin. I recently had an arm and breast lift. Dr. Silver and his staff were amazing. I was very nervous prior to the procedure. I was able to make an additional appointment to discuss my concerns and left feeling more comfortable about my decision. On the day of surgery, after being put in the operating suite, Dr. Silver sat down next me and talked to me until I went to sleep. The business part of the process went smoothly as well. Although I am only one month post-op, I am pleased with my results and plan on having a tummy tuck next year with Dr. Silver."
"I had a dual surgeon surgery by Dr. Edwards and Dr. Silver. The surgeons, office staff, and surgery center nurses exceeded my expectations in every way possible. All staff was prompt in returning phone calls and emails. I communicated with Stacie (Dr. Silver's medical asst.) and Diana (patient coordinator) the most and both were kind, helpful, and prompt with responses. I rarely waited more than an hour for a response. There were several times they would both call me in response to an email rather than writing me back. This was the first office I consulted with that spoke to me with my clothes on first. This standard continued even after my surgery. At every post-op visit the staff answered my questions and made sure I was content before asking me to disrobe. The day of surgery I was incredibly anxious. The nurses in the surgery center went above and beyond to calm me. The nurse who put my IV in knew my veins would be difficult. Rather than sticking me multiple times, she got warm towels to warm my hands/veins, massaged them, and patiently waited till she had a vein ready. Both Dr. Silver and Dr. Edwards held my hand and rubbed my head until I fell asleep. I went to sleep for surgery feeling very calm and safe. When I woke up the nurses kept telling me how amazing I did and how good I looked. It was such a positive way to wake up from major surgery. Both surgeons spoke to my husband individually once I was in recovery. For patients having a tummy tuck, they send you home with an overnight nurse. She rides home with you after surgery and stays at your home overnight. She then rides with you to your post-op appointment in the morning. This was included in the cost. The nurse took such good care of me and relaxed my husband and I in every way. Dr. Silver called the nurse multiple times to check on me. I had a concern after office hours 8 days after my surgery. I called the after hours line and they connected me directly to Dr. Silver. I have never been directly connected in all my years dealing with doctors. I leave a message and they call me back at their convenience. Just another example of their commitment to patients. I am only two weeks post-op and my results are AMAZING. Not only am I in shock, but my family and friends cannot believe the difference either. Dr. Edwards and Dr. Silver have made such a positive impact on my life. This was a life changing decision that took me a long time to make. Forever grateful I chose Plastic Surgery Vegas."

After 18 months of engaging in a workout program designed to naturally repair my diastasis recti with core compressions, I came to the realization I was a severe case, and the core compressions were not working for me. I had also been doing tons of research over those 18 months, and I found alternate methods of healing diastasis recti. A 3hr pre op to go over EVERY detail, an RN goes home with you for the first night and health insurance is included in case of any medical issues as a result. "I had been in Beverly Hills and had Laser Lipo at Elite Body. After staying in a hotel for 5 days and seeing the Dr. before I flew back to NYC, the Dr. said to me, "you should have had a tummy tuck". I was stunned, why wouldn't he have told me before I paid $17,000.00. It is not a fix, it is a band aid and it does not work. My husband and I were on our way to Las Vegas and I spoke with my closest friends whose husband happens to be an emergency room doctor. I had asked her hypothetically, that if I were in the market for a tummy tuck who would she recommend. I was told that Dr. Higgens.was the best! I was so lucky to get an appointment, we were only going to be in Las Vegas for 3 days. After meeting Dr. Higgens, my husband turned to me and said, "this is who you are using". I had 3 other consultations set up for Miami and NYC., I did not go any further than Dr. Higgens. Dr. Higgens is a GREAT listener, which is very important when you are having surgery, especially plastic surgery. He was frank in what results I could expect and what not to expect. I also decided to do my lower eye bags. I had them done in 1997 and there was loose skin. I booked my surgery and a month later we were back. Surgery went great! I had the nurse for 2 nights. I rented a reclining lounge chair and had that delivered to the hotel. BEST WAY TO SLEEP AFTER A TUMMY TUCK! Saw him the next day and I was doing great. Before leaving Vegas I developed a seroma, which is caused by your own body, not anyone's fault. Dr. Higgens treated me with a sonogram, and we drained the seroma every few days. I had Dr. Higgens cell phone number and if I need to reach out to him, I did not have to go through an answering service, I was able to text him. Wish ALL doctors were this way! It has been two years since the tummy tuck. I had my backside lifted last summer, and recently had my implants replaced. Dr. Higgens has done all 3 surgeries. I am happy BEYOND words!!! "I saw Dr. Edwards and Dr. Silver and have nothing but wonderful things to say about both of these surgeons. I had a breast implant removal with Dr. Edwards. I had a capsular contracture and he was very respectful about my decision to remove my implants. I also have virtually NO PAIN in my breasts from the surgery! The recovery has been unbelievable. Dr. Edwards repaired a large inguinal hernia, an umbilical hernia, as well as an abdominoplasty. I have heard recovery is brutal from this surgery and again have been so PLEASANTLY SURPRISED! Dr. Edwards and Dr. Silver are not only artists and perfectionists but they are kind and caring throughout the entire process. After staying in a hotel for 5 days and seeing the Dr. before I flew back to NYC, the Dr. said to me, "you should have had a tummy tuck". I was stunned, why wouldn't he have told me before I paid $17,000.00. It is not a fix, it is a band aid and it does not work. My husband and I were on our way to Las Vegas and I spoke with my closest friends whose husband happens to be an emergency room doctor. I had asked her hypothetically, that if I were in the market for a tummy tuck who would she recommend. I was told that Dr. Higgens.was the best! I was so lucky to get an appointment, we were only going to be in Las Vegas for 3 days. After meeting Dr. Higgens, my husband turned to me and said, "this is who you are using". "Dr. Higgins and his staff never fail to keep providing absolutely impeccable service and results! I first saw Dr. Higgins in 2007 with a mild case of capsular contracture that was not resolved with my initial surgeon. When I first met Dr. Higgins, I was amazed with the knowledge and confidence he had with his profession. More surprisingly, the follow up treatment went on for nearly a year after my surgery! No post surgery charges whatsoever. Then I had a visit to his office in the winter of 2014 when I had the joy of experiencing deflation of one of my breast implants while pregnant with my second child. :/ After I had my daughter and was finished nursing, I had Dr. Higgins preform a breast implant removal, replacement and revision.
