Cosmetic surgeons at Plastic Surgery Vegas, the place is called, is offering free services to survivors like 19-year-old, Alexandra Pettis, who was shot twice. Surgeons say they will use a skin graft to cover the wound on her arm.

We thought we could maybe help with the smaller things that they go on for weeks and months sometimes.

Alexandra Pettis:
It would be there forever as kind of a reminder. So I think it'll help having it look somewhat normal.
