Natural Nose Job*

Every rhinoplasty is unique. I don’t create the same nose for everyone, and it’s important that we decide together what we hope to accomplish. This is one year after a ‘detail’ rhinoplasty. We accomplished our agreed-upon goals: 1. The dorsal hump/bump is flattened 2. The nose has been made slimmer and straighter 3. The tip is more defined and narrow 4. The width of the columella has been reduced 5. Overall, there is a better balance to the nose, and within the face Subtle and natural, not overdone. No scooped out nasal dorsum. No ‘pig nose.’ The post-op photos are taken a year out so that the full detail of what has been done can be appreciated - no swelling to hide deformities.
