After losing a large amount of weight, this patient was bothered by the “heaviness” she still saw in her neck and lower face. Dr. Silver performed a lower facelift (which includes the neck) with fat removal both above and below the plastysma. He then performed a corset platysmaplasty as well as a SMAS lift. The excess skin from the previous weight gain/loss was also removed.
