Lower Facelift with Blepharoplasty*

“I’m not afraid to show my neck anymore! I look like myself, just refreshed!” Results shown 1 months after a lower facelift and eyelid surgery. My lower facelift procedure primarily addresses the neck and jowls (jawline area). The SMAS is lifted and tightened while the platysma (superficial muscles in the neck) are sewn together like a corset to create long-lasting support. The incisions (still a little red in her case) are hidden within the creases surrounding the ears, with a small one under the chin as well. These usually heal to appear as fine pale lines.
