Facelift with Lower Eyelid*

“My friends keep telling me how refreshed I look!” One of the biggest concerns that many of my patients have is that they may look “overdone” after a facelift. My goal is to focus on delivering a result that keeps you looking like yourself, just “refreshed.  This patient underwent a deep plane lower facelift (which includes the neck), eyelid lift, and fat grafting to the face. Compared to a skin-only facelift, utilizing the deeper layers for support allows for a tension-free, longer-lasting result.  Fat grafting helps restore the volume that is programmed to go away with aging, producing a “youthful fullness”.
