Dr. Silver helped refresh this patients’ lower eyelids by performing a fat transposition lower blepharoplasty. This surgery is different than a standard lower eyelid surgery because it uses the “problem” fat as part of the solution – adding volume to the tear trough while also softening the appearance of the line beneath the eye.
