Breast revision with Mastopexy*

This 37y/o woman presented to Dr. Edwards requesting improvement in the position and shape of her breasts after having multiple surgeries elsewhere. She had implant malposition with breast laxity. She is seen before and after removal and replacement with capsular repair supported by synthetic mesh and a breast lift. She is much happier with her more symmetric youthful breasts.
