Breast revision with Mastopexy | Case 84110

This 60 y/o woman presented to Dr. Edwards with large volume saline implants which did not match her frame and sat low on her chest. She is seen before and early after removal and replacement with smaller silicone implants and a breast lift. Her planning was enhanced by pre-operatively deflating her saline implants to allow her to choose the new implant size.
