Woman in her 50's post Breast revision and Mastopexy!*

This woman is a 53 year old woman who had breast augmentation elsewhere with 400/425cc implants above the muscle. She liked her volume but wanted a more youthful soft shape. She is seen before and after removal and replacement with 450cc smooth round silicone implants placed partially under the muscle (site change) with a breast lift (mastopexy). She is much happier now wearing a 34D bra with improvement in breast shape.
