Double bubble repair

This 38 year old woman presented to Dr. Edwards after breast surgery elsewhere. Her chief concern was the double bubble deformity which resulted from a previous surgery. She is seen before and after complex capsulorrhaphy with new 310gm smooth round silicone implants wearing a 32C bra. She is ecstatic with the improvement in her breast shape.
