Breast implant revision

This pleasant 26 year old woman of color is seen before and after breast revision. She presented after breast surgery elsewhere with bilateral implant superior malposition and asymmetry. Surgical repair was achieved by cautiously releasing the capsule. She is much happier with the look and feel of her breasts and is wearing a 32DD bra.
