This 38-year-old mother of 2 presented with a deflation of her left saline implant desiring revision. She is seen before and after removal and replacement, site change to partially sub-muscular and with a mastopexy and new smooth round silicone implants. She appreciates a more youthful shape and position of her 38D breasts.
