Procedure Details
This 36-year-old woman had surgery elsewhere with implants placed above the muscle which I do not recommend the majority of the time. She wanted to improve her shape, be larger and lifted. She is seen before and 6 months after removal and replacement with new implants placed partially under the muscle with a breast lift. Placement partially under the muscle provides a more natural upper breast and can decrease the risk of capsular contracture.
