This is a 42-year-old woman seen after breast augmentation elsewhere through the armpit (trans-axillary). She has been unhappy with the high position of her implants since surgery and requested an improvement in shape. She is seen before and 10 months after implant re-positioning and a breast lift. She is very satisfied with the improvement in shape and softness.
