Synmastia Repair with Breast Revision Surgery*

This 37y/o woman was seen from another state requesting breast revision after other procedures performed elsewhere. Her unhappiness from her breasts involved the breast shape, asymmetry and synmastia where the middle lockets effectively communicate from over-dissection in this case. Correction was achieved with careful planning and repair of her implant pockets by a combination of internal sewing and release of tight areas.
