This 37y/o woman was seen from another state requesting breast revision after other procedures performed elsewhere. Her unhappiness from her breasts involved the breast shape, asymmetry and synmastia where the middle lockets effectively communicate from over-dissection in this case.
Correction was achieved with careful planning and repair of her implant pockets by a combination of internal sewing and release of tight areas. She is very happy with her post-op appearance and feels more comfortable with her breast shape and size.
Breast revision is what Dr. Edwards specializes in lecturing frequently to other plastic surgeons about not only repair techniques but how to avoid complications.
