35-Year Old Breast Reduction

This is a 35y/o woman seen before and after breast reduction. She has had 2 children and breast-fed both leaving her with larger and more lax breasts. She wore a 36DD bra pre-op and wanted to maintain fullness but to have a more youthful appearance. Post-op she wears a 36D bra which is proportionate to her body frame and she finds it easier to exercise and chose clothing. She is very pleased with her result.
