She Wanted Her Pre-Baby Breasts Back*

This patient is a 31-year-old woman seen pre-op after 5 pregnancies with a desire to regain some of her pre-baby breast volume and shape. She is seen before and after breast augmentation with 385gm moderately cohesive full profile smooth round moderately cohesive silicone implants placed partially under the muscle through a small incision under the fold of the breast. She wore a 32B bra pre-op and is very pleased with her 34D breasts.
