Procedure Details

This very physically fit woman was seen and evaluated for breast revision surgery. She is seen before and 6 months after a complicated procedure to include moving her implants to partially below the muscle (site change), placement of Strattice ADM to decrease the risk of recurrence of capsular contracture, new smooth round silicone gel implants followed by a breast lift (mastopexy). She is happy with her softer breasts wearing a 34DD.
