This is a vibrant 28y/o woman seen before and 2 years after breast augmentation with a breast lift (mastopexy). She is very happy with 455gm and 490gm smooth round implants placed partially under the muscle. She wore a 36B pre-operatively and had asymmetry which is improved post-op now wearing a perky 36D.
