Breast Lift with Implants*

This is a vibrant 26-year-old woman desiring a fuller breast volume and shape. With her existing laxity, a breast lift was needed to correct breast laxity. She is seen before and after augmentation mastopexy with 310 and 330gm smooth round moderately cohesive silicone implants partially under the muscle with mastopexy. She wore a 34B pre-op and wears a very proportionate and natural 34C bra post-op.
