Young Mother of 4 with Breast Implants & a Lift*

This 30-year-old mother of 4 children wanted to have a more youthful appearance to her breasts yet remain proportionate. She is seen before and after breast augmentation with a breast lift (mastopexy) with smooth round moderately cohesive silicone breast implants placed partially under the muscle with a lift. Pre-op, she wore a 34B bra, and post-op wears a 34D, which she is pleased with.
