This patient in her 50’s could no longer make progress with routine diet and exercise. Changes in her hormone levels led to a shift in where her body deposited fat, in addition to the stretched skin and separated muscles from previous pregnancies. Dr. Silver performed 360 SAFE liposuction, a high-lateral tension abdominoplasty, and a mons lift to help restore her body to a more youthful appearance. She is shown 3 months after surgery, and her results will continue to improve for about a year.
